I have never been treated like this in my entire life. Even if he was having a bad day he could have walked off the floor and asked someone else to help me. After I returned the screen saver I just purchased (still in the box) I did share with him I was going to call corporate headquarters. His response was Go ahead I don't care. I don't think he liked his job.

Then she looked at my account and said that I had all these "banners" on my account and I was eligible for a buyout (which only had abot 2 months left of payments. Maybe 3.) And I was told I would get my full trade ins. Si I traded in 4 phones and got the Internet. My iPhone 17s were on back order for almost a month but my Google and Galaxy 25 were good to go. Now fast forward to November 1st, almost a month after I had been in the store (I know because it was my birthday on October 4th, we got the new iPhones and it took about 2 weeks to return the trade-ins. While I was there.I asked about the prime I was told that I had been signed up for the wrong one and was not eligible. He said he could fix it and I left the store with the Ultimate internet plan. I feel like Verizon is more than happy to sell, sell, sell but when it comes time to fix what they need to, the find themselves lacking. Please fix what you broke Verizon.

My nearly 3 year old pair of Spy Optic polarized shades finally bit the dust on me. Since I live in…read moredowntown Oshkosh and walk by this establishment daily on my way to work, it was a no brainer for me to stop in and browse. Tim came over to help me out immediately. After explaining to him my needs and price range, he proceeded to select glasses that met my specifications and kept handing me different pairs to try on in front of the mirror. This is a situation where too many options is almost as difficult as not having enough. I probably tried on a good 20 pairs while I was there. I was initially dead set on another pair of Spy Optic glasses, but after trying on a particular pair of Oakleys, the fireworks went off and I knew I had found my new pair. I do my best to buy from local independents whenever I get the chance and I am really glad I did in this situation. Tim was very patient with my indecisiveness and got me hooked up with some polarized Oakleys that look and fit fantastic. Great Shop!

Had no issues whatsoever with this store in Oshkosh or any of the others. My only complaint is…read morethat they ask me for my phone number every time I buy something, it is really annoying. Other than that, the store has reasonably priced tools that are in stock most of the time. I have had no problems with returns though I only did that once. Prices are reasonable, and they have it when Menards is out of stock. To the guy that gave a terrible rating, you didn't keep your receipt. You have to have your receipt to return items. I usually attach it to the box so that it doesn't get lost. This is to prevent shoplifter returns. Most stores have this policy, it is common around the world.
