I joined T-mobile as a new customer over the phone and ended up with my new account getting set up wrong!! went to the store for a person to person meeting hoping to get it all cleared up. Even though the brick n mortar store had nothing to do with the mistake, the store manager Austin personally helped me get everything fixed and squared away! We have T-Mobile home internet and it's fine between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. but watching a streamed movie in the evening is impossible. The advertised download speeds are a joke. I've never seen anything remotely close to them. I was told the download would be 100 mbs. When I test it, the speed is normally around 2 mbs and the fastest I've had was just over 12 mbs. I can't wait to get rid of this junk service. Tonight's speed test was so bad, it couldn't test the download speed, only the upload speed. But running the same test with my cellphone in the same location as the T-Mobile device so great service. read more

This is the worst cell phone company. The customer service is very rude. We canceled service and they charged us for a full month. When there was only 2 days on the bill. If I could give zero stars I would. My phone didn't work after I got a new phone. I was stuck at the airport with no service. Told the rep I bought the phone from the apple store and had the receipt to prove it and he kept insinuating it was stolen. He could not solve the issue and just kept saying "If it was bought at the apple store, it would work." I ended up closing my account and switching. I have literally never had a good experience here. read more
