7/20/23 I have written reviews about this place only to have them removed with my photos by Yelp. The last few times I have been here the service was anything, but pleasant. There friendliness of this place went from Bert and Ernie to to the foul stench one's ass makes on the royal throne. I have been here on and off during different years and the faces have come and gone. Getting help or any useful information was for naught. The last time I was here was this year March or April 2023. I had bought my phone at another store, but needed a protective screen for my phone. The person that assisted me happen to be the same person I had a unpleasant dealing with the last time. Nevertheless, I needed a protective screen and was short on time. The associate sold me the protective screen and put it on. Something I was prepared to do myself. I have to say my negative opinion of this kid has changed, but not to the point I would wish to continuously pick this store as my store. I give this place 3 stars from the one star it use to be. I have a really bad experience with the SyncUP device and customer service at T-Mobile . I still have the lingering bad taste. The manager Derrick and the associate Kewal, either don't know what they are doing or are literally non professional liars. They gave me a totally inflated description of what the SyncUP can do, after trying it for one month I found out that it's simply a flashy device not even close to what they described. They said, for example, it will get your car a hot spot with capability to get connected to network even while driving through tunnels, which was not true. I tried it at DC tunnels and failed to perform as they said. They also lied on the monthly bill that I am supposed to pay after getting the device. I realized I have to pay additional 7%, while they lured me to the deal promising my bill will be 7% lower. If there was a rating less than 1 star, I would have rated them much lesser. Kewal and Derrick in the future please treat your customers right, don't tell false promises just to sell some product or service. Know for sure any bad intentions that you have will back fire. Customer service at this location isn't the best. I may go to pick up free t-mobile tuesday items for convenience. But upgrades or anything requiring good customer service I visit any of the other locations, Arlington or Tyson's. read more

We've been going to this T-Mobile location for about a year, when the staff helped us transition from Verizon to T-Mobile (a move that saved us alot of headaches and $$$$$). They have helped us through several upgrades for our family members. Today, I went in for an upgrade and Kewal was great, letting me know exactly how much I would be billed per month. He even went as far as to print me instructions in a word document that I could take home to back up my icloud and transition to my new phone. That was so sweet because I am not tech savvy. I would highly recommend T-mobile, this location and Kewal if he is working. read more

The worst customer service ever. I went today to ask about the new Iphone 8 and how could I exchange with my current Iphone. A representative came to me, at the begging very nice, and started to ask about my work. Immediately I told him I had my own business, he started to offer the "Business Plan" T-Mobile has. I totally understand these people have to sell products, but also they have to understand as well, when I client refuse the offer, it is fine. But this guy (I did not get his name, but he is a short guy with a strong smell of cigarette every time he talked to me) got upset when I told "I am fine with the current plan I have" .. so one co-worker approached to us and tell me "You have to take advantage of this Business offer, because you are going to pay exactly the same amount" and the representative who was with me, looked at his co-worker like saying " Don't be stupid telling the customer that" ... in the end I just asked him if he could offer the same rate as the Website said, and he just told me very rudely: "You have to do whatever you seem more convenient" and just turn his back to me and run away, and I could not say anything more. That is not a great customer service skills and BTW he told me he has been working for T-mobile for 14 years. I had the worst experience specific to this T-Mobile location. I was tricked to into getting a SyncUP device which employees including the manager said was free. After getting the device, I was told I had to pay for the device and also was charged extra for the service which I was told would be Cheaper than my previous I plan. They told me that I can return the device in one month time if I was not satisfied but they denied that claim too and charged me 150 dollars for something they promised was free. So be aware of them since they are lairs and very unprofessional. read more

Mount the sales associate and Derrick the store manager listened to all my concerns and made me feel at ease with the transition from att to T-Mobile.
