Wireless Zone also charged me a tax of ca. $158.00 which I paid for with my debit card which my bank refused to refund me for. I went to Verizon customer service State DA who referred me to local DA's office that did nothing. Wireless Zone/Verizon then kept billing me month after month, which I did not pay, resulting in reducing my credit rating from excellent to fair. Worst of all was the psychological distress this experience caused me. I am elderly and had not been wary of people and businesses like this. Now I know.

I asked if he had screens for it, he said yes and it would be $360 and 30 mins. So I shopped around for 30 minutes and when I came back he said they didn't have a screen for it after all. But while opening my phone he damaged my current screen rendering the touch functionality useless, and said he wouldn't cover damage to the screen. Damage he did! I would not take anything here. Unprofessional phone breakers!
