He even checked other stores, but all locations within a two-hour radius did not have the item we originally wanted, so we settled for a less preferred option. I have mixed feelings about coming here; it's a love-hate relationship. Unfortunately, it's the only nearby place without having to drive an hour or more.

Service was terrible it actually took 3 hrs to complete my new account. To top it Off after reviewing my Bill, she took it upon herself to add insurance coverage @hot spot coverage without my consent. I requested that listed charges be taken off. She stated that there was a glitch on the system and it could not be done. She only provided a handwritten note with her signature stating it would be taken care off. I requested to speak with the manager. Raymond store manager apprised he would take care of it but it would take a few days, Totally unethical action by said employee Vanessa. I left location disappointed .Approximately 3 miles from location I received a phone call. The call was from a representative and requested I returned to the store to attempt to resolve this dispute. I returned to the store and Raymond store manager removed said charges,it actually took another hour of my time. The store manager was very helpful making sure everyone was greeted a second time and thanking them for coming out. He was very helpful in answering any wiry we had and showing us products around the store. After a bit a young lady, light complexion and blondish/brown hair got us what we needed. She brought out some extra accessories for us to buy. I told her thank you but we found accessories at a lower cost. She would talk to us but not look at us. She kept looking outside and past us. I'm not sure if she was waiting for someone to walk in or maybe we were boring customers. At one point she was off on a discount, rather than using a calculator she started saying numbers out loud and then adding them. The numbers she called out didn't even add up to whatever number was her final total. My fiancé told her that was incorrect. At that point the young lady then said well whatever you come up with will be your discount. I laughed and fiancé just looked at her. We thanked her for her time pod for the phone and left. We've been to this store numerous times and have never had any issues until last Friday. We've also been helped by this person on more than one occasion and never had an issue. We have Spectrum Internet Services in our home and have been pretty happy with them. There are some…read moretimes where the service might lag a little, but overall, the speed is really great. I work remotely and it's never caused me to lose my connection while I'm session with clients or in a meeting. This is extremely important to me. We don't have cable and rely on our internet services for streaming as well. We have never had any issues here either. The only place where Spectrum fails is providing mobile phone service. We tried that and they didn't have a passing grade there. But they have really shined in the Internet Provider service. This is definitely their strong position in the market.

They came out last Friday and left a mess and broken sprinkler heads. They Came in with a backhoe, didn't replace plugs of grass on top or even rake out the dirt to level the clumps! The last time they were out punched a hole in my sewer line and we had raw sewage back up in 2 showers! Took over 1/2 hour to talk to someone who said I may get a call back in a few days! Filed a police report with (CPL#2183), called Town Hall (Antonio) only to find out that Spectrum is supposed to notify them of any diggings which they apparently failed to do.
