Great customer service! We were greeted as soon as we walked in, we were quickly explained our options, and I am extremely impressed that we did all this seated at a table. We were in and out quickly on a Saturday morning. I've been a T-Mobile customer for about 10 years however I must admit that I do not visit the stores often. I got suckered by a salesman at this store. I went in with some questions about the cost of adding a new line, and suddenly was getting offered promotion after promotion. My own research suggested that the new line + device would inflate my bill by around $120/mo (which I was open to, but needed to wait a couple more months to be ready), but I know there are retail store exclusive deals and promotions, so I heard him out. He ended up selling me on *two* new lines plus a new device, for a monthly bill increase of only $70 - which I could lower to $60 if I closed the third line (I had a friend who was considering joining but unsure, which is why they offered me another line and why I took it). My next bill comes around, and what do you know, it's just shy of $120 higher than it used to be. I called T-Mobile customer support, and they basically said they don't know what promotions he was offering me, but they didn't seem to be real. They compromised with me, where I would close the third line and my bill would be $70 higher than it used to be (so basically, only $10 more than what the guy told me in store), but it was clearly a customer retention offer rather than a standing promotion. They also informed me that apparently many of the retail stores have gone somewhat rogue with things like this, and advised me to call customer care while in store to verify any promotions being offered to me and to have a recording of any confirmations. I will certainly be doing this in the future and advise others to do the same. Of note, this store has been closed for several weeks, and is no longer showing as a location on the T-Life app. Their page on the T-Mobile website is still live, but shows no open hours in the coming week. Not sure if my lengthy complaint call had anything to do with it LOL but seems this location may be dead. read more

Update! I was reached out to by T Mobile after going up, up the chain. A very nice customer service rep acknowledged my issues, dropped the charges that were the source of my problems. Went back to my original plan and thanked me for being a loyal customer for over 28 years! read more

This location was great. It's normally packed in here. I came rather early and was able to get serviced right away. The associate was very helpful and friendly, he was also very knowledgeable about his job. I was able to get what i needed done in a timely fashion. I was welcomed and thanked for coming in. Amazing customer service! I could feel a positive atmosphere from the moment I set my foot in the store and was pleasantly surprised. I am extremely impressed by Sam A knowledge, speed and grace in explaining. However, as I said the whole vibe inside the store was exceptional and I saw smiling customers all around it. I've been a T-Mobile customer for over 20 years and I visit the stores often. I dread going in a store. Today was a pleasant experience and the sky is sunny again... I had a really good experience at this Tmobile. I bought a new phone there. I found the sales people there very friendly, helpful and patient. They answered all my questions. They took care of everything I needed to set up my new phone. I found them extremely helpful. I would definitely return to this location again if I wanted to purchase a phone or something else in the future. Also they make everyone wear masks in the store so very COVID safe there. read more

Worst T-Mobile in Brooklyn. Every single time I've come here they've screwed up my request or given me incorrect information. It would be funny if it wasn't such a nuisance. Avoid this spot. I've been told I rant from time to time, but I can't help that when service is so bad at different places. I will say that at this TMobile that I was at least acknowledged (yes, that's a dig at you Court St. location), though I wasn't helped much. The staff is okay, but are pretty distracted by people who come in to pay their bills (why can't they pay online!?!?). Still, the kids here can step up and do better. read more

This store is full of morons that can't get anything done for you. I wanted to take advantage of a new plan deal with an upgrade phone. I would have gotten more money taken off the new phone if I paid it off and traded it in as the trade in value was worth more than just the upgrade promotion alone. So after I pay off my phone, they switch my plan - to the one I wanted but it was more expensive - get the new phone ready and THEN tell me "oh you can't trade in your phone until 60 days have past". Does that make sense to anyone?!?!? So I tell them to cancel EVERYTHING. Give me back my old plan because why would I want a more expensive plan without a new phone? They say they do that and my new phone bill I get the next cycle is over $400. So I call t mobile and they say I am now paying for 2 plans! I told them what happened at the store and they said that the store was wrong, and that I should have been able to trade in my phone. So after 2 months of really high phone bills they fixed it but I spent more time on the phone with them than I have ever had in the 8 years I have been with t mobile because of the morons at this store - the manager included. read more

The customer service in this branch reaches all new lows. The workers seem to be working as slowly as possible, roll their eyes at any problem, and have an attitude with the customers, like they hate their job. When the line's out the door, they could care less, it seems. I just waited 30 minutes and then was told they couldn't help me bc I'm not an authorized user on the account, which i AM. They don't know what they're doing, and they don't care. They told me to come back in 3 days, because their outgoing lines weren't working. wtf? Drive me crazy in less than an hour.
