Verizon is at this location not AT&T, I have attached the Mapquest showing the correct business…read morelocated there. What is actually, there is a nasty Verizon retail store see attached photos. This nasty Verizon retail store has to be the dirtiest store in Philadelphia. Take a look at the filth in this place. The air filters in the ceiling were clogged with old dust and dirt and didn't work. I know because when I asked one of the employees why it was so stuffy and smelly in the store he stated that it has not worked for months. The air was thick with heat blowing from a dirty portable air system hanging on the wall. I went there to return equipment and the cheap Acer brand computers was not working properly. One would expect a better quality computer from such a large Telecommunications company like Verizon than have the cheapest brand (Acer) used to handle the volume of data in its network. The employee was asking everyone who had a return to leave the equipment and write all of their personal information on a piece of paper so they can input it when the computer is working again. The store mgr and GM was present and did nothing he disappeared into the back and never came back out. I saw mold on the baseboards , chairs with ripped cushions and missing legs to the bottom of the chair. The employee almost fell out of the chair because it was missing the other roller but I stopped him by informing him of the missing roller. He has only been there for one month and said the store is always like this and he has to burn incenses to cover up the stink in the store. The customer service was not good at all there is only 2 computers in the entire store and only one of them can be used to ring up sales. Therefore, the employee that was assisting me was kicked off the computer and told to go to the other one in the middle of troubleshooting the system so he can take my returned equipment. So glad I'm no longer with Verizon if this is how they operate their retail stores. However, this could just be this location and not the others so my complaint is with the location in Wyncote Pa retail store.

When I was picking a phone, the one Rep told me they didn't have the iPhone X max I believe however his teammate stated they had both the lower & higher price phone. That Rep was trying to sell me the highest price phone. Not good. I'm glad he was busy with a client. Overall the Reps were nice and sorta helpful.
