Talked me into purchasing their $180 pre-owned phones with "offers" that cover future part "they cover", not including the screen because that cosmetic not an actual part. The next day the screen starts glitching so I take it back because they said the phone has 180 days warranty before i left. He said once they fixed my phone with my motherboard the "offers" are voided and should have been informed because all sales are final. They wouldn't open it up to see if it's on their tech. Kept giving me offers on buying another phone from them insisting it's my part. No info on their warranty either. Becareful and ask tons of questions, spent $250 only to use first phone they told me I needed to buy for the simple motherboard swap.

They do have an Amazon self-serve return kiosk, so that also helps. Good location for me, so I'll keep using them. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. They kept talking to each other as if I wasn't there. I went out to my car to get it and struggled with it to get the door open and in on the counter. I told them again it was heavy for me, and the younger guy said "oh that's ok just set it here." Are you kidding? I'm older with a bad shoulder. This is why I like doing my returns to Amazon at kohls. They'll help me so much better. Someone needs to train these men on how to give great customer service. To everyone.
