I was in a few mobile places in the area this week and this location stands out by far with the excellent customer device. As soon as I walked in here I noticed they were busy and I signed in. But, even though all the staff were occupied, Juan came up and greeted me and told me he was busy but could immediately help me if I had any quick questions. I appreciated that. He then proceeded to help me with my prepaid and postpaid questions. We came back to the store after dinner to sign up and Neysan was super helpful in setting us up as quick as she could with a new iPhone X and tMobile One Plan with Jump warranty, upgrade, and accidental/missing coverage. She answered all of our questions with frank, detailed answers. We really appreciated that. We will definitely come back to this store for all of our mobile needs. Hats off to them! read more

This place does not care about helping you AT ALL. Went in to purchase 2 phones and first they didn't want to accept me because I didn't have my ID which I understand is for security purposes but I was whiling to show my social associated with my account and I had my ID on my phone. I had to get someone else who was on my account to bring their Id(i didn't have access to mine) to the be able to be attended.. Then when we start to do everything for the phone purchase the associates tablet was giving error messages and instead of asking for another tablet or asking his manager for help he said he couldn't do anything for me. Complete waist of time- terrible customer service to top off the terrible phone service you get with T-Mobile. None the less never coming to this location again and switching carriers. read more

Didn't realize until today that Just because it says T Mobile that it isn't an actual t mobile location - even though last week they confirmed it was. Worst customer service, uninformed employees and including the 6 from last week that were too busy playing on their smart phones. They damaged my phone, damaged my case and then wouldn't process the warranty exchange when it was a manufacturer defect. Don't go here and make sure that you get clarification in writing otherwise their lies will come through. Even the sales associate claimed to be the highest store manager and that was not true. Also if you speak English only, then also be prepared to be at a disadvantage at this location. Never an issue with T Mobile until now and now I have a broken phone, Broken Case and all at the fault of thier associates. Also important to note that the majority of positive reviews came from same IP address. So the location is even worse than it appears. read more

I mean I'm a new T-Mobile client and this is the nearest T-Mobile store to my place and, so far, I think I've had a really wonderful experience the staff has been very assistive. The staff member that helped me in my minor trouble, Juan R. did a very wonderful job and I was lucky that he could speak both English and Spanish very fluently which I feel personally it's kind of a helpful cuz I don't get any awkward confusions with translations and I appreciate it. This is my new T-Mobile "home" and so far it's been all cool. Stay away from this store ! Customer service is horrible . I walked in with my wife ! There were several families being helped nobody was waiting which is good but nobody acknowledged us , we waited 7 minutes , one lady saw me several times and didn't even ask if we needed help. One was leaving and I asked her if there was a waiting list and she said yes , and kept walking !!!?!????? Then 5 mins later another person came in and just said your name ?????? . I was like wow . Gave her my name then a guys from the store that was talking to a friend of his " not a customer " saw my frustration and asked what I do need I told him my issue and he said oh ok , well for that another person will help you. He was carrying an iPad . 5 minutes later we were assisted , not a smile no nothing just asked me "id"? I gave her my id and then she had a serious face and told me we can't help you as there was a mistake on your account , we can't fix it but you can go to that store and they will help you...???????? I was very upset . I left and went to the store on 87 and 12th which they have professionals working , I told the manager my issue and she clearly told me they could have fixed it there. But it's ok.
