We visited T-Mobile in Del Rio to set up our phone plan and to upgrade to a new phone, and Victor was an incredible help! He was very friendly and even gave my husband and I some recommendations for local restaurants and food trucks as we are new to the area. Throughout the long process of setting everything up, Victor was kind and patient, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. read more

I've gone here due to the other store being rude but apparently here no one understands I…read moreappreciate the work and time but every time I do a port out they always mess up the account number or PIN number even though we write it down or repeat the info and what's crazy is there is no rush on the process just plain.... Never mind just try go out the city for metro besides them forcing you to buy cases and chargers if you say no they won't sell u a phone at all here is just mess up after mess up
