I went in to return/ replace my outdated T-Mobile modem that I bought from this specific store…read morelocated on ford road in Dearborn Heights as my internet service was down for weeks until that point ( spoke to an over the phone T-Mobile rep prior to my visit and they confirmed that it needs to be replaced and that the store can do it). Workers were super slow did not welcome clients coming in and instead of following normal procedures by doing "their job" the agent tried to convince me to take a SHADY deal (to keep my bad modem/ service for a discounted price of 25 per month instead of the usual 45/ month and buy a new modem service for another 45 instead of replacing my "outdated modem" when I politely told them that's crazy talk... they refused my service by saying they are not a corporate dealer and they cannot replace update or return my current modem ONLY sell me a new product. I'm just mind blown how incompetent these workers can be (T-Mobile rep from the other store later apologised saying they should have not refused services that is within their duties as a dealer). I've been with T-Mobile for over 11 years and has been my worst experiences so far . I suggest you go where your business is appreciated !

Seriously, I would have to walk outside, stand under the overhang on my garage, to receive a spotty signal at best! So I out phone shopping I went. After stopping at 3 different carrier/competitor stores...I stopped here, at a new T-Mobile store, located in Garden City, on Middlebelt & Cherry Hill Rd. To see if I was contractually obligated to anything with T-Mobile. I didn't think I was? But I wanted confirmation too. So I walked in, and was immediately greeted by the staff working there. I explained that I was a life long T-Mobile customer, and that I was considering changing carrier service, due to poor reception, and my phone being a POS too. (Phone was my fault, as I owned a Blackview phone, not a T-Mobile endorsed phone). Reception was bad at my house, even for friends that would stop by too. Romario (store Manager), was very understanding to my situation, and said..."Let's see what we can do!" He looked up my file history, to see what changes could be made, and if I could get any new phone deals? He made positive changes to my plan, that saved me money. He offered me a new Samsung A20 that was on sale (which I Love!! Great phone so far!), with free financing payments of $10 a mo. And best of all...he offered me a Cell Signal Booster, that would work off of my Internet surfboard, that I could try out in my house, to increase the reception signal. *This booster is a game changer!! Unbelievable how well my phone, and my wife's phone, work now! I have Zero Issues now. And best of all...I don't have to go outside, to make or receive a phone call!! Romario & his staff there...are just Awesome! Easy to deal with. No pressure. No hype. Best of all...No BS!! They truly want to help you out. Romario, single handily, and honestly saved T-Mobile from losing a customer! He really did! Romario...thank you for being very professional, honest, and providing Great Customer Service too! 5 Stars to you and your staff at this T-Mobile store!! Thank you.
