Please do not go to this store the amount of incompetence my family has experience is almost unexplainable. So my mother in law wanted to upgrade her phone. Her phone was paid off and she wanted to trade it in. So the rep did the trade in, and also added another line without us know. While my mother in law and wife were processing the paperwork, the rep who was handling the situation just left. The supervisor had to come over and finish the process. When the bill came in the mail we saw they added the line. Now my wife has been on the phone with T mobile for hours trying to fix the situation. How can they screw you in the store but you have to fix the situation over the phone. We are about to cut all lines from T mobile. This is unacceptable. We should be aloud to give no stars on this app. read more

Rock Stars Working For T-Mobile at Marshfield Plaza, in Chicago Visited this store to get a PIN reset so I could add a phone line. I was not at all hopeful because another store had been unable to reset the PIN. And, my attempts to get it reset by phone had been a complete waste of time. But, Manager Dominique immediately knew what to do to get it done! She was able to reset the PIN, add a phone line and port my number. She's a knowledgeable, customer centric professional. I also must add that her co-worker Stevon exceeded my expectations as well. He saw that it was taking a long time to port my number so he introduced himself, shook my hand, asked if he could assist and asked if I wanted some water. WOW!!! These 2 T-Mobile employees are exceptional. I can only hope T-Mobile recognizes their talent and abilities. Dominique, Stevon, YOU BOTH ROCK! read more

So this store has they worst customer service in the world. I had the worst experience here today I purchased a glass protector that was put on incorrectly and lied to about them having a another phone case that I found out to be there later on just so they could sell me a more expensive case. But anyway I called the store to tell them that the screen was coming off and they told me no problem we are experiencing that problem with this phone model just bring it up here and we can take care of it so I said okay just to get there and im told I can have my money back... They never tired to resolve the situation just a refund and horrible customer service thought the customer was supposed to leave happy I will never shop there again & I don't recommend anyone else do either... read more

I have been a loyal tmobile customer for 2yrs. Recently I found out someone fraudently used my insurance and ordered a phone to the tune of 500. I am flabbergasted. Totally outdone. No one from tmobile is helping me. And also whom ever did this sent the phone to New Jersey. I live in Chicago. read more

This is the worst T-Mobile to go to in the world if you're looking for bad service and unreliable information about your phone this is your place. They lie, they're rude, and most of all not helpful at all. I strongly recommend no one goes to this store because it'll leave a bad taste in your mouth. The workers don't even care when they excuse my language fuck up something and you get penalized they're like just like customer care should've told you when they knew already and they don't reassure you that you're supposed to know this.
