After an awful experience here a year or two ago . The previous, heavy set guy with long black hair was so rude and condescending when I asked about connectivity when traveling. He snarkily replied " I doubt you ever go anywhere where you won't have a signal". I don't think this guy has ever travelled out west or down a hiking trail in a remote off grid area. He was just rude and I swore I'd never go back. However, I did and what a wonderful experience we had with the new staff. Katherine or Katlyn ( I'm sorry I can't recall her name) ...she was great, she patiently answered all of our question and resolved our problem with our phone. The young guy who was training and the older guy with the pony tail were just as friendly . I highly recommend T mobile in Canton , this group was a breath of fresh air. read more

I went to the T-Mobile store to pick up a new phone. It was incredibly busy in this store, and there were only two associates working here. I waited for more then an hour till they could help me. The young man, Blain is truly a multi-tasker, he helped multiple customers at once, while also picking up phone calls, and answering quick (sometimes not so quick questions). The only thing I would advise is a system to make appointments for service at the store. Otherwise you'll spend many hours here, and before you know it, half of your day was spent at T-Mobile. The associates are both wonderful, and doing the best they can with the traffic in the store, everyone is greeted with "hello family" as they enter the store. Blain is truly very knowledgeable about the products in the store and how everything operates. It's probably a good idea to call in advance and ask how busy they are before going in. It can't be busy all the time, as it was for me. The store it's self is small, with lots of products out on display, you can play with multiple devices as you wait. read more

It's 10:30am and I'm standing in the rain outside a closed and locked T-Mobile store that signage shows clearly opens at 10am. There are no staff and no sign explaining a special circumstance. I had a brief window to make a purchase here and I am unsure whether that is going to be possible. How do I know what time the staff is going to arrive and open the store if it's not the 10:00 a.m. start time for this business. A frustrating experience for a special trip made. read more

I was visiting from out of town and my phone stopped charging. The gentleman who helped me tried the numerous cords and backup battery I had and determined I needed a new cord and C charger. He took much time with me and then told me it might be on sale and it was and saved me $10. He told me he would charge up the phone for me which didn't take very long. It has been several days now and everything is working splendidly. I am a very senior citizen and he was patient and kind with me. I recommend this store highly and the personnel as well. read more

Ample parking. Clean store. Staff is great if you're there to buy something. Though, be mindful of prices for accessories. I saw the same clear case selling here for $50 that's widely available brand new for 6$ on ebay or amazon. If you're there seeking remedy for a recently purchased, defective device, the vibe is different. I bought a phone here marketed as having the strongest Gorilla glass to date, yet I found a small scratch within days despite my being especially careful w/ the phone. I revisited the store, explaining to the two employees that I thought the phone was defective. One employee had the energy of an overzealous hall monitor telling me that a grain of sand in my pocket must've scratched it, and the other was sarcastically reciting back every word I said like it's impossible for a product to be defective. So I left and addressed the issue by contacting the maker of the phone, no problem, easy solution. read more

I have been in a lot of cell phone stores and sometimes the experience can be a cross between a used car lot, and a zoo. But NOT Here. This place has the best, most generous, knowledgeable and patient customer service staff I have met. They answered my questions and went out of their way to help me get transferred over from Verizon.
