When I gave them the wring box in the Fordham Road location, all of the sudden they gave me the correct box......which is what they should have done from the beginning. SMH I will NEVER go to the Fordham Road location again. HELL NO! I forgot to mention when I was given the incorrect cable box the first time I went to Optimum in Fordham Road, when I got home and took the box out of the plastic wrap to try and connect it the cable box and the remote were disgusting and filthy.
