I have to say that my recent experience at 314 E. Fordham Rd location was exceptional for me to want to tell people at them! I'm not even gonna waste time. Thank you to Francyne V. As an older women who can admit that sometimes I just dont have the patience for certain things or setting up equipment, she was very patient with me, set up my internet and went through EVERYTHING with me , step by step , process by process. Thank you to JP. The system while checking me out had an error and for about 20 mins JP, Sam and Francyne were on the phones, even their personal lines trying to figure out the problem. Not once did JP try to sell me anything different, get frustated or abandone the situation. We all look for good customer care ..service! And that is what I received at this spot. I walked away feeling appreciated as a customer and not just the amount of my monthly bill. Minimal wait time, friendly and patient customer service and they respect cleanliness?!....Yes, head to this location. Thank you all for your help!! read more

Hey guys so I usually don't do review to comment on a specific person ,but this time it is different . Today earlier I had broke my phone and came in to get a new phone at t mobile. The employee named Benjamin A. Is a very very professional helpful and pleasant person I've ever delt with in any t mobile store ever!!!! He was so helpful and went through every detail regarding my new contract with t mobile . I've been buying phones in t mobile since I was 14 years old and never had anyone explained so well like Benjamin. I was there with my 3 year old son that was very annoying running all over and he did not get bothered at all. He knew I had my car at a meter and he was the one to actually remind me about my meter for I can put more time . Moral of the story if your ever in need of a phone in the Fordham section of the Bronx . Benjamin is the man to go to in t mobile read more

My phone was broken for a few days and t mobile customer service over the phone and apple had me running in circles. No one could find a solution to the problem even tho in the end it was a minor fix of putting my SIM card in another T-Mobile phone but i didnt have anyone around that did. I had gone to geek squad at Best Buy in the Bx mall and asked them to at least try but no one was willing. Idk her name but a female worker at this T-Mobile fixed the problem that I had for FIVE DAYS in literally 5-10 min. Communicated easily - listened to me even tho i was frustrated and had an attitude but i was fed up with the problem and no solution. She had no issue putting my SIM card in her phone so I could receive a message to reset a password that was needed. So thank you very much to her and her patience. Maybe the Best Buy workers thought it was too personal a gesture but they could've done a lot more to help, as could have the T-Mobile and apple customer service agents over the phone. I spoke to a total of nine representatives and only two had knowledge and actually moved me up along the process of solving my problem before i encountered the great help at this T-Mobile. After I was done I stayed inside the store downloading some apps I needed and a new agent would come up and ask if I needed help or was already assisted literally every couple mins. I also used to frequent the Fordham location and this one does not compare. Clean - helpful and not rushing u out. Thank you guys for the great customer service!

I was struggling with a project and trying to figure out my wiring. I called the store and John literally spent 15-20 minutes listening and walking through in detail how to wire the switch. The fact he actually listened, worked it out in his head and gave me a genuine solution and feedback is unheard of these days. Usually you'd get the "I don't know you'll have to bring it in, we're busy". But John literally solved my problem over the phone with his knowledge of the situation and willingness to help.
