He asked for my number and pin which is normal so he can transfer over my information from one phone to another, but he called boost care and cancel my account with them and sign me up for T-mobile for $50 unlimited without my permission. When I went back to the store to address this situation they was rude and irritate. Then I found out that the phone is a refurnished phone and can not be unlock.

When I got home I had to call Optimum because I couldn't turn the box on. The Optimum representative asked me for the serial number on the box that was given to me and that's how he found out. I had to take the wrong box back and ask for my old box that I gave them earlier because the Optimum rep I spoke with on the phone ordered the correct box for me. When I gave them the wring box in the Fordham Road location, all of the sudden they gave me the correct box......which is what they should have done from the beginning. SMH I will NEVER go to the Fordham Road location again. HELL NO! I forgot to mention when I was given the incorrect cable box the first time I went to Optimum in Fordham Road, when I got home and took the box out of the plastic wrap to try and connect it the cable box and the remote were disgusting and filthy. My hands actually had grease and dirt on them from something that was supposed to be cleaned. NEVER AGAIN.

When I arrived at the store the new free phone was out of stock. My only option was to buy a new phone, last year's model. I have already spent over $200 on this new phone. Now, I am in the process of trying to get my money back or credit for my account.

They made me pay $35 for a SIM card after the customer service rep on the phone said they shouldn't have been charging that fee (AND RETURNED IT TO MY ACCOUNT) 2. They were closed tonight EARLY because I called to the store and they said they were open until 8pm but when I went the store was closed and all of the lights were still on insisde (which they don't do when they're closed... 3. I've witnessed, while waiting to be serviced, that they took money from a woman for a new iPad ($135?) and then told her that they didn't have record of the money having gone through and refused to give her the device. My phone was broken for a few days and t mobile customer service over the phone and apple had me running in circles. No one could find a solution to the problem even tho in the end it was a minor fix of putting my SIM card in another T-Mobile phone but i didnt have anyone around that did. I had gone to geek squad at Best Buy in the Bx mall and asked them to at least try but no one was willing. Idk her name but a female worker at this T-Mobile fixed the problem that I had for FIVE DAYS in literally 5-10 min. Communicated easily - listened to me even tho i was frustrated and had an attitude but i was fed up with the problem and no solution. She had no issue putting my SIM card in her phone so I could receive a message to reset a password that was needed. So thank you very much to her and her patience. Maybe the Best Buy workers thought it was too personal a gesture but they could've done a lot more to help, as could have the T-Mobile and apple customer service agents over the phone. I spoke to a total of nine representatives and only two had knowledge and actually moved me up along the process of solving my problem before i encountered the great help at this T-Mobile. After I was done I stayed inside the store downloading some apps I needed and a new agent would come up and ask if I needed help or was already assisted literally every couple mins.
