I have visited this location and the manager,Levi, is always dancing around while his employees are helping other customers when I come in there. This specific time, I asked for help with my mom's account and he threw a paper at me and only gave me his first name when I asked for it and was just nasty and rude. He obviously shouldn't be working directly with customers. read more

I had stopped by a couple of stores AT&T and T-mobile. After some studying and the help from a local store employee I decided to switch to T-Mobile. I ended up ordering online as it was the quickest way for me to get the phone that I wanted. I like the way my phone payments are separated from my actual service bill. 5G service has been good in my area of use. read more

I visited the store for the sole purpose of paying off the phones on my account and not only would she not take my payment, she was very rude and abrupt and not at all helpful. I had been having second thoughts about transferring from as I am a 20+ year customer of Verizon, switching only to have better internet provision but she gave me no incentive to remain with Verizon, instead giving me the impression that Verizon did not want my business. The very minute I mentioned I had switched to T-Mobile, she insulted both me and T- Mobile, displaying no interest whatsoever in trying to address my reasons for transferring nor my ongoing issue with my phone not having fully disconnected from Verizon service despite the number having been ported. If this is what management is like with Victra Verizon, steer clear. I used to be able to go into this store and get outstanding service, but apparently the staff who provided that service no longer work there and Verizon has chosen an individual who needs more training in tact and appropriate response to customer service issues.
