Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. Went to pick up my FOURTH replacement watch only to realize I was given another faulty device; which is not thier fault. But the way I was talked to and given no real answers as to what to do to resolve the issue other than call for another replacement. Monica stared at me blankly as if waiting for an answer to appear on my forehead and then had an EXTREMELY snarky attitude when I expressed my dissatisfaction with her customer service skills because at one point she literally just walked away from me and went to the back room mid conversation. Due to the lack of help I received I opted to cancel my kids lines and go with a provider who could actually help me and offer a solution when I have a problem with their service and products. read more

T-Mobile store in San Marcos Tx, was by far the best experience and fastest ive ever had of all vista to any cellular store, by far! I was helped by the assistant manager Izzy and she was the sweetest thing ever. Maybe was the eyes but I felt I was able to listen and understand everything she said and left knowing I got what I asked for. So for Izzy at San Marcos store, great job!! I had spent hours in the Seguin Tx, store just to leave empty handed. staff would go in the back for 10-15minutes at a time and my final straw was when they had been gone for a period, came out and handed me phone with a strange accents, not American, asking for my social security number and d.o.b. and saying this was the only option available.. Don't Go There! I went in to the Seguin T-Mobile on Walnut to get a phone for my wife and add her to my account. I had looked on line and found the 2 line plan that I wanted to switch to. At the store, their goals was to sign me up for as much money as possible! The sales rep, CJ, kept attempting to sign me on to a higher plan than the one I wanted and then kept asking how much I could pay rather than sell the plan I wanted and I ended up having to insist that I wanted that plan at the advertised price! He said okay and started working the order but crammed on two tracking devices and a third line! I kept telling him I had no use for either.He was evasive about monthly billing cost and kept saying the devices and the 3rd line were free, so I caved and saud OK. Next day, I checked T-Life and was alarmed to see T-Mobile showing my billing at $254. I called 611 and the CS rep said the devices wouldn't be charged to me. I cancelled the 3rd line. My bill came, and I found the two 'Free' devices were costing $1 plus $6 in taxes and fees each, monthly. I don't need them, don't want them, and haven't activated them, so I called 611 again. They said take them back to the store. I did. They said they wanted a $40 restocking fee to take them back! I was so mad, I left, but may take them back to a different store. In the long run, cheaper to pay the restock, but I don't want the Seguin store get it. I should have went on the web and got the wife a phone and a new line - that's my advice to anyone contemplating T-Mobile phone service - don't go to the stores, they are not there to help you. read more

won't let you use there restroom! That's not right if you are doing business with them, that's ridiculous!

Every time I've gone in to this location, even if it's just to ask a question, they are always friendly and helpful. I don't have to wait around for a long time, and they don't try to talk me into things I'm not currently ready to upgrade to/purchase. Having moved to Seguin from Austin, this experience has been amazing. read more

Do not buy T Mobile 5 G internet here. They do not stand behind their product. Had if for 30 days and it stopped working. Took it into the store for a replacement and they said nothing they could do. My recommendation is to stay away. read more
