I was EXTREMELY LUCKY literally have reps Lucky and Robert help me! Robert helped with the tablet upgrade as I have been a very loyal client to Metro for many years. Lucky helped me fix my issue even going as far as speaking with my payment source and got more done for me than I could myself! Lucky is super intelligent, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! I don't understand why this Metro representative, Lucky, has NOT been given a managerial or supervisor position as she clearly deserves it! Lucky is a super ROCK STAR!

When you arrive, just inside the door, there is a screen where you check in as a walk-in, or to confirm a previously made appointment. I signed in and barely had time to look around to see the displays of cell phones, tablets and internet equipment when my name was called. I have had Spectrum Internet service for several years, and only recently began experiencing some connectivity issues. I explained what was happening, and they looked over our plan and equipment listed. They gave me a new router that works with our new modem, no charge, and sent out a technician to install it and ensure everything was working properly. The few times I have gone to the store, I have always been well taken care of and issues resolved. The employees have always been friendly, helpful, professional, and caring. The prices for their plans are reasonable. I am happy with their service.

This is also one of the few Walgreens that is opened 24 hours a day. I've had to come here before at extremely late hours. There is a Redbox on the outside of Walgreens, which makes it ideal to rent movies when you have nothing to do. This place used to be the place were I would buy video game magazines, as their magazine selection is extensive. However, I tried doing that recently and I couldn't find a single one. They seem to have gotten rid of those magazines so I was disappointed on that. For your medical or beauty needs, this is the place to go.
