Phone calls, returning messages, and communication are horrible. Parts are not on hand. Do not leave your device with them unattended. Use a credit card to protect your deposit. I would be shocked if this business remained open much longer. They haven't been open all week so far, citing "our system is down." But when I ask to pickup my device, they "physically cannot make it today." They're no better than a Craigslist ad meetup in a Wal-Mart parking lot.
