Today was the worst customer service in the Clio store #6233. The lady (Kaylee) was short with me…read moreon every answer like i was an inconvenience. She said if I did want to pay the dollar for them to print I could take my package back home and come back. I explained I have never had to do this and was confused at why now is it making me pay. When I asked for a moment to see if I could find what Amazon wasn't providing me, she seemed to get frustrated at me and walked away, but not until after trying to get me to cancel my return and do something else, but that wasn't what I was trying to do. Either way, once I realized I couldn't get the bar code to pull up, I asked for the Info to send it to to be printed. Again, short but pointed to the email Address. While I was sending the info to the store to print, I used the time to explain at my frustrations with Amazon bkz if I knew this before coming in I wouldn't have needed time to verify I couldn't get it. I also told her that I was also frustrated at how she choose to be short with me and force me into options without trying to understand what I actually wanted. The moment I did that she told me she wouldn't help me. So bkz I calmly expressed my dissatisfaction with the service I now could no get help. I never raised my voice and never spoke mean. I said that is fine I will get in line for the other lady. She told me the other lady wont be helping me either. I called customers service to put in a complaint. While in store, on HOLD, I told my daughter I wasn't leaving until cust service helped me and Libdsey said that is fine stay all day. Once customers service put in the complaint in both Kaylee and Lindsey, I asked if I should stay in store and was told to wait in the store for a call back within 59 mins to get serviced. Lindsey then asked me to move my package so I am not in the way. I said the package is heavy and she could move it if she would like to. She said I was telling her what to do, which is not how it happened at all. I didn't raise my voice or have an attitude about it. Now she told me to leave, but Cust Service told me to stay and wait for the supervisor call back and called the cops on me. Kaylee inform me she was the only manager and they both said they would never give me their bosses info for a local complaint to be put in and said she didn't care bkz vust servicey has no say on how they behave. I even tried to explain that they felt I was rude and I felt kayee and now both were rude, so it is a miss understanding. They just got louder. I could no longer talk unless I wanted to get into a shouting match, so instead I choose not to compete. I called customers service back to ask for what I should I do as I was told to stay but they called the cops and lied to the cops about what was happening. Reminder that most the time there were no customers and when there were we didn't speak to each other so they could service them. He asked to speak to one of them, they refused. I started crying bkz of how horrible this was feeling and they made fun of me for it. He asked me to put him on speaker phone, I did. He gave me a case# and told me to give that if they need a recording about how I was being treated. He told me to stay and escalated me to a supervisor and told me to stay in the store until I am called back (max 30 min), but not to speak to them. Result they lied and backed each other up and refused me a way to actually hold them responsible for their behavior and lying about how this all happened. I have NEVER had this problem with the tall guy that works there or the guy that works there. However, since there is no way to know who your going to get, I suggest staying clear of this store. That was the worst feeling ever to calmly voice your dissatisfaction and have all this happen. I suggest the Frankenmuth office, they were fabulous. Everything was explained, so I understood why Amazon was not normal for me on this return. That was the world of difference... I wasn't an inconvenience to this employee like I was to the Clio employee.

When asked what i was there for i said i wanted to transfer my service from Verizon. When i said I'd be signing up under a first responder account that immediately made my rep uncomfortable because she was newer and didn't know how to do that. At which point she started complaining to the person with her she didn't want to do it, she'd like to pass it off and got denied. Once her assistance walked away she began to complain about her coworker and vacation time and how she should have called in that day and how she moved up here from FL. At one point just wholesale throwing her coworker under the bus and talking about quitting. At one point her coworker came back out and showed her a text she got from a guy she apparently is trying to date. A few monutes later her fiance came in and she was kissing him in front of us and completely distracted from helping us get setup at AT&T. Overall, it was very uncomfortable and unpleasant and honestly, all she had to do was plug my info in to open my account since i did all the work prior to coming in to specifically avoid this type of situation. The hard drive on my computer blew a couple of weeks ago. I checked a few places to have it…read morerepaired (I needed the files on it recovered and restored), including Best Buy and a couple of local repair places. Eventually, I called Swartz Creek Computers and received a reasonable estimate. I took the hard drive here and the owner had it repaired, with all files and photos completely restored, as well as additional memory and some upgrades. The cost was under $200 and it was ready in a couple of hours. The tech had run all necessary diagnostics,repaired the hard drive and increased the memory significantly in only four hours! I thought that was pretty reasonable. His work came with a warranty as well. Overall, I was happy with the price and quality of service. I checked out their selection of new laptops , all decently priced, while I was waiting. I might come back to purchase a new one (I'll likely be replacing the second laptop in the next several months or so) as opposed to a larger retailer. If I have any other computer problems that need repairing, I'll be sure to bring my devices back to this place for repair based on the quality of service and reasonable pricing that I encountered here. I'm grateful the tech was able to restore all of the files, as they were important and not everything had been uploaded to the cloud.

However, the sales people are very nice and they have beautiful jewelry- they even have a good array of Pandora. They've since then done a few appraisals for me on other pieces and those experiences were okay. They actually had a very large selection of the bracelets and charms, running mostly between $28-$50, including an interesting array of Valentine's Day theme charms. The customer service was excellent, they even offered gift wrap. Other than Alex and Ani, they also had a huge line of Pandora (which my wife loves), including some "last chance clearance" items, plus a nice array of Tacori. I usually use Kay Jewelers for most jewelry purchases, but this Medawar impressed me. They also do on site jewelry and watch repair. I might bring my vintage Longines watch here for repairs. I would like to get that watch repaired locally, as opposed to taking it to a store that I don't shop in regularly. I'm glad to see Medawar can do it here.
