I have never done business with them personally but did have one if their drivers run me off the road this morning. The driver was speeding and driving very reckless. After he failed to yield and ran me off the road at a high rate of speed he gave me the finger! I called his boss who is president of the comoany Mary Clubb and complained about her employees unsafe driving. I get a call back 10 minutes later, and she interrogated me on my driving while defending her employess actions after hearing the fabricated story her employee told her. However the service and stability of the internet speed is absolutely horrible. Thinking about gaming? Thinking about watching a youtube video? Don't as you will not consistantly be able to do these simple things with TDS. I called TDS several times and finally was told that choctaw has been oversold and therefore there is absolutely nothing they can do until their infrastructure is strengthened to handle the capacity. Translation? It's going to cost them a lot of money to fix it so deal with it, it's not changing. I WARN YOU, IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE DO NOT USE, AT ANY COST, TDS INTERNET SERVICES!!! STAY AWAY!
