When you finally call to cancel (within seven day period), you come in at 10 AM as agreed and waited over half an hour with nobody at the front desk. Finally, you start walking around and knocking on all the doors, getting someone to call the front desk. Very poor customer service. Wish I read reviews before

I always had to come back for corrections. Staff leave the room and return with pre-filled syringes -- you never see a vial opened. No transparency, no trust. I seriously question what is being injected and how diluted it is. Cheap price explains everything. You get exactly what you pay for. Botox is not something to save money on.
