He told me everything I needed to know and helped me understand why I was getting certain things and helped me understand until I felt confident. Also, he took his time with breaking down every detail. I honestly had a great experience. The only reason I didn't give it 4 stars is I thought I would've gotten a lot more back but technically that was my own fault lol. But either way I'm very glad I was able to go through the experience the first time alone with the proper staff who knew exactly what needed to be done. And they had much experience!

Two years ago I…read moremade an appointment and after waiting an hour and fifteen minutes the tax advisor was ready for me. Last year I wound up waiting 60 minutes after my appointment time. Now 2020, I had a 2:15 p.m. appointment, I walk in and I'm told that the tax preparer just took someone to her desk and the two couples waiting in the lobby are waiting for her also. Needless to say I walked out, went online, went to the Turbo Tax web site and did my taxes myself for FREE! The program is easy to use and it only took me about 30 minutes to complete because I had to get last year's return, the wife and my drivers license and my check book account number. If I had that stuff first I bet it would have even been faster.
