The sushi place is located inside of the Summit Mall. So, if you are shopping and got hungry, you can get great and fine sushi. All sushi are made in front of you, so it is always fresh. I have never been disappointed about any roll; however, I would not order seaweed salad- tasted strangely. My favorite roll is a roll without rice. Small minus, the cashier lady could be more friendly and welcoming.

2 orders of salmon sashimi, one yellowtail roll and seaweed salad.

Tipped 20% on a to-go order and regretted it. Waited 40 minutes for the food to be done while delivery orders were fulfilled first.

The sushi was pretty good, but the lady working at the register was very rude. The wait was also very long

Very good sushi and very low prices. I recommend the crab salad it's my favorite. You can watch them roll your sushi up.

The storefront is surprisingly small and the inside is pretty cramped. We ordered a lot of things but just to get a server to give us menus and bring us waters took almost 10 minutes. Service was quite slow and getting our check took the longest. However, waiting for the actual food to come turned out to be not quite as bad. We got a bento box dinner, roll, separate salad (my BF couldn't help ordering this as an extra even though it's supposed to come with most entrees) and a fried collarbone of a tuna (forgot this term). Prices were slightly higher than other places like this but it did have this gigantic menu that was fun to browse. Taste and presentation of dishes were fine. Nothing really stood out. It wasn't really a place I was excited to go to again, especially not on a weekend. Early on while we were waiting for our food, the hostess gave my 8 yr old daughter a bill for another table with their debit card inside. We alerted the server after 5 minutes but that was not cool!

She advised us on which rolls were extra spicy and to get the oil on the side which was a great save since my friend felt that had she not removed it, the roll would have been too spicy for her to eat. I ordered the katsu curry with pork and the portion was huge. I had enough to take home for a second meal and the taste was very similar to what I had when I visited Japan. I was happy to find this dish and will come back to order again.

The hibachi chef leaned hard on a pee joke. One of those bits that might land with an eight year old but just kills the energy for everyone else at the table as everyone was 30+. Hibachi entertainment lives and dies on the performer and this one phoned it in. The food itself is bland compared to what the area offers. Edamame in Medina and Umami in Cuyahoga Falls are operating at a noticeably higher level on flavor. The only thing wasabi has on them is watching a guy cook. When local competitors outpacing this place, it's hard to justify the trip. Oh, and the floor was so greasy the chairs were sliding around throughout the meal. Not exactly a confidence booster when the restaurant should be clean. Even less of a booster when your party has 2 people using walkers and another 2 limited in movement.

We were so thirsty I had to get up and look for a fountain myself. * After 55 minutes she finally brought one round of refills, then disappeared again. * Dirty plates and trash sat in front of us the entire meal. Even after asking her directly to clear the table, she never did. * She even grabbed menus out of our hands with an annoyed expression and barely spoke to us. Food was fine, but the service was so bad it felt almost hostile. Worst dining experience, and it completely ruined my young son's birthday lunch "again". We told our server, female name starts with G. that we were celebrating his birthday and that the restaurant usually does something small--she acknowledged it, then nothing happened. I shouldn't even have paided gratuity, but I did.

Although none of the rolls are labeled as GF, this has never been an issue for my husband before. Despite asking for GF soy sauce, our waiter did not know about the rolls containing gluten. After we figured this out and asked, he did bring a menu by with which rolls could be made gluten free by request. Unfortunately this experience will likely prevent us from coming back, despite the quality of the sushi and the rolls being good otherwise.

I assured my husband it was good back when I was in college. So we went, we both got Mongolian beef lunch specials. He got egg rolls and I got egg drop soup. We both also got the dynamite shrimp. Harmless enough really. Almost within hours we both had intense sulfur heartburn and gas. That went on all day, nothing we had could stop it. Then today came and we both have some intense food poisoning. We only have one bathroom so you can imagine how fun this is when both of us are living in there. Neither one of us could go to work today, we're both incredibly sick. I'm laying in bed right now with sharp stomach pains typing this up. It was my husbands first time and probably his last, he's sworn off it forever. We're so sick right now. Beware I suppose, this is biblical in terms of agony. Edit: Spoke with the manager on today ( 4.19.26 ) and she essentially said it was our fault for getting sick. "We serve this all day and no one else got sick" Fantastic, don't go there. We got deathly ill for four days. Partner has Asthma and constantly throwing up made breathing painful due to sore muscles. Clearly the customer willingly got sick and did this to themselves. We won't be back. Edit 2 We got ahold of the original manager ( I won't post her name ) and she issued a refund. My partner voiced displeasure in being accused of making ourselves sick and this manager just brushed it off in agreement with her assistant. So what I'm understanding is both of these managers suck. Glad we got our money back, this place is terrible. We have to head back to the Apple Store soon and I can't wait to flip this place off as we leave.
