The pork, beek and lamb I have bought from there has all been from Wales. The mince meat I had looked low in fat. Lamb is always my favourite. If you are not a great cook, its very hard to go wrong with a pre prepared lamb kebab on the skewer with different coloured peppers. Their home made beef burgers are just 70p each. Chatting to Brian the proprietor was a really pleasure as meat is clearly his passion and he was keen to talk about the best cuts and the best way to prepare certain pieces, my boyfriend was in his element! As well as the butchers, they have a deli/produce store at the back and we came away with a few products.
