As well as the butchers, they have a deli/produce store at the back and we came away with a few products. Clarke's have a really good selection of meat wehther you like it sliced, diced, chucked, minced, casseroled, braised and the prices are not silly. The pork, beek and lamb I have bought from there has all been from Wales. The mince meat I had looked low in fat. Lamb is always my favourite. If you are not a great cook, its very hard to go wrong with a pre prepared lamb kebab on the skewer with different coloured peppers. Their home made beef burgers are just 70p each.
