To begin with, Heath will be your consultant, measure and give you estimates, talk about color options, etc.. We went with dark bronze, which is a very rich dark brown (almost black). Heath is so great at answering questions and getting back to you promptly. He made the process very pleasant and stress free. Once the decision is made, the measurements will be double-checked by another person, and doors/windows will be ordered. They will work with HOAs and will do all the permitting and inspection scheduling. On the day of the inspection, you will have someone come early,make sure all is good, and then once the approval is done, finish all the details like capping screws etc Johnny and his son John were absolutely fantastic, so friendly, extremely thorough, and went through everything twice and more Any concern was addressed, and they literally took all the time needed to make sure everything was perfect. It was not easy but most of the time people here in Florida are correct. All impact is just the single exception. They told us "don't worry it's written 24 weeks in the contract but it should be done before the hurricane season" and this was march the 1st. Our windows have been installed November the 7th and they just destroyed the walls and the windows have deficiencies. They said it was because of the manufacturing delays but did nothing the get the permit on time which made the delays even longer. We've had hurricane Ian in the meantime. They destroyed the fresh painted walls and didn't want to cure "because it's not written in the contract". So you as a customer will sign a contract that only engages YOU don't expect them to feel responsible for anything. If I had not retained the final payment until they cured they would have done nothing (he screens just fell on us, one glass has a distorsion and the walls were damaged) and they kept on harassing and threatening me to get paid. No one that comes to your property speaks or understands English. Atleast they pretend they don't. In converstion, Mr. Benhamou tells you he is a GC. He is not. It is legal, but he uses another person's license. He is simply a salesman. He meets to get your business and you never see him again. Thls company caused SUBSTANTIAL, unnecessary damage to our property due to their rushed installation and carelessness (photos available) that we had to discover on our own inspection of the installation. We are stuck having to make these repairs. Mr. Benhamou told my neighbor "there's no damage, it was like that". Piles of broken window glass!! They closed out the permit foregoing a final walk-thru to determine descripencies with material and their work. Three non-operational windows with no committment of when they will repair.
