Giving one star because would not allow me to post with zero…read more El pasado viernes, 15 de Mayo, 2026 recibimos un servicio de limusina por la fiesta de quinceañera de mi hija. El limo debía llegar entre 5:20-5:30 pm a mi casa. El limo llego a mi casa a las 5:15pm. El chofer (Lazaro) al llegar le dijo a mi esposo que teníamos 10 minutos para salir, sino me tenía que cobrar $150, o él se iba, porque él tenía una boda. Salimos a las 5:29 de mi casa, la prueba está en un video que se tomó a la salida de los niños de la casa y montarse en el limo. Al señor lo confronté y le dije que yo no tenia conocimiento se su otro evento y que el servicio de limo estaba pagado en mi paquete. Me contestó que él no era un Uber y que, si me seguía demorando, me iba a cobrar $150. Durante el camino sentí mucho temor por la velocidad que él llevaba y llamé al salón, hablé con Sara y le expliqué mi preocupación por la velocidad, la responsabilidad que tenía con los 14 niños que llevaba en el vehículo y por lo grosero que había sido al salir de mí casa. Ella lo llamó y cuando llegamos, fui la primera en bajar y me dijo que yo era una fresca por haber llamado a quejarme. Le respondí que el era un grosero y muy poco profesional y me alejé hasta la puerta delantera del carro, mientras los niños bajaban y se tiraban las fotos. El señor continuó hablando, diciendo cosas como:.. "que se piensa la mujer ésta con el vestido de brillo ese", "a mi no me importa tu review de m...da" " a los clientes hay que tratarlos así, esta limo es mía, yo tengo 5 limos y hago lo que me da la gana" " yo no soy un chofer, soy el dueño y me da igual lo que hagas" " si no estas a tiempo, me tienes que pagar "esto no es un Uber, y si llegas tarde te cancelo y no pasa nada" Todo esto ocurrió delante de todos los niños, incluyendo a la quinceañera, creando un ambiente muy hostil e inseguro. El camarógrafo y su esposa, trataron en múltiples ocasiones de persuadirlo y parar su mala actitud, él ignoró completamente eso y continuó, hasta que yo decidí parar de tomar las fotos con el limo detrás. Esto me generó mucha inseguridad y subí en muy malas condiciones a un evento que habíamos creado con tanta ilusión. Creo que es injusto para ustedes y para mi como cliente tener un servicio de tan mala calidad y tan poco profesional. No tengo mas que agradecimiento con cada persona que me atendió durante el proceso y un incidente no puede generar tanta desilusión e inseguridad. Me sentí desprotegida, humillada, y sobre todo maltratada por una persona que acababa de conocer. Yo solo espero que ningún otro cliente tenga que pasar por esto y si pueda disfrutar del servicio excelente de Olga's Banquets.

Had the pleasure of working at Cobblestone Limousine in Stuart Fl for about 6 months until late…read moreFebruary 2024. It was a stop gap from day one, meant to supplement my failing Real Estate business, and a rapidly rising cost of living in my beloved home state...but I digress. I will say that I've never bothered to review any of my previous employers, in fact I'd rather review a Domino's Pizza from iPhone at 2am...but it was the varying degree of reviews of this business from former employees, including some of the rather crude opinions of the current ownership that have pushed me to do so, even almost two weeks after relocating to New Mexico for an opportunity that I just couldn't let fly over my head. My wonderfully fun, exhausting, and illuminating time working for this 32-year-old small but thriving business was filled with early mornings, late nights, talkative passengers, quiet passengers, flirty passengers, condescending passengers...etc. But if you're coming from any sort of customer service, restaurant, or hospitality background, you know that THAT'S JUST PEOPLE, and such is the way of the world. The job itself is not terribly difficult, there is no extensive exhausting training, the base pay is more than fair (even in this economy), and basically you will be weeded out by the quality and safety of your driving, as well as your personality and service. Basically, if you can tie a tie, maintain a clean appearance, crack a well-timed joke or play a well-timed song...and enjoy driving a range of luxury vehicles on a daily basis, this is the gig for you, and you won't come home smelling like kitchen or with aching feet, regardless of what time you turn in your car. Every once in a while you'll have a passenger who grinds your gears, and I'm sure many passengers get dropped off perhaps thinking that you weren't charming enough, or that maybe you drove to slow or too fast (a couple passengers may also slip you $100 to "get there faster", or come inside to help zip up a dress whatever, but that's neither here no there)...but the point is to not take it personally, and enjoy each ride as it's own individual experience. You will also have repeat passengers who request you...which may or may not be to your liking depending on the passenger, but again, enjoy the ride! About the 3rd owners of Cobblestone...they are a married GERMAN couple who divide operations equally, and in a short 5 or 6 years they have streamlined and expanded this humble hometown company to make it a respected name across the entire state of Florida (I'm for real...if you're good, you will be on both coastlines and in every city). In their very German way, you will find them to be straight shooters, and almost shockingly honest compared to American sensibilities, but always helpful, always fair, and always understanding. Don't be surprised or take it personally when they say something to you like "This is not a kindergarten", or "Examine your brain"...they're just telling you that you can do better. Thanks Patrick and Demy, I wish you at least 32 more years of success. Omar

The drivers were very polite and professional but the quality of service I received at my pick up…read morewas definitely not worth the $1,104.00 I paid. The drop off was fine but upon my return I was told to take the elevator down a flight and to find parking space # 30. I exited with my family and luggage from a 2 week cruise at #12 and had to push our luggage to the van at the end of the international section while the driver sat in the van. I observed other drivers assist their passengers out to the curb then drove the vehicle around to pick them up. I did not get that kind of service. I spoke to owner Demi who only cared to justify the incident as a normal service event. You would have thought for $1,104.00 I would get some assistance, not be told to find them. I will never use their service again and definitely don't recommend them.
