I have been on oxygen continuously since 2002 for pulmonary hypertension and severe anemia. I could not find a supplier accepted by my insurance and must have it to live. Called every number on the long list unsuccessfully. Then had to purchase my own concentrator for at home use. Then after 11 months finally found that Rhema in Hillsboro was acceptable to my ins. They brought me a home concentrator (I did not need) and large 5' tank. I needed a battery powered portable to go to my numerous dr appts but they said I had to wait 3 months and rent the home concentrator (I did not need). Then when 3 months were up they said I had to wait another 3 months, Now today they said I have to wait another 3 months. That will make 9 months I have to go to my appts without oxygen. I wish when I call they will let me talk to someone who cares and knows what they are doing.
