I tried to get a simple quote for a house cleaning. SoFresh made an initial offer, then when I…read moresought to confirm, changed the terms and increased the price. Then I made a reservation online and they again called to tell me that my cleaning fell into a new category that was priced differently and would be substantially more. After asking that they honor their original price, they declined, and I decided to do business with one of the many other maid services in the area--one that won't mislead me about price. It may be that this whole, frustrating, time-consuming process was merely a product of misunderstanding. I actually think that is true. But this company needs to clearly and simply express and explain their terms and their pricing, and it's not that hard to do. Other companies have no problem with this. I am going to find a house cleaner who makes my life easier, not more difficult and endlessly frustrating. I urge others to do the same.
