We ordered the fixtures through Ferguson and I had told them I wanted to order sooner than we did in case things weren't available, they ignored my request and then the tub we wanted was on a several month delay. So they gave us new options but didn't tell us that the new tub options would change the shower plans. So the whole purpose of redoing our bathroom was a bigger shower. That def did not happen despite me stating multiple times hey this looks smaller. Their sub-contractors often just wouldn't show up for days we either took off to be home or arranged for a dog sitter. The cost also kept increasing so what we planned for and discussed what a gross underestimate of what we ended up paying. My favorite parts though was the number of times a sub contractor used us to get paid since the contracting company wasn't paying them. The first time was during demo where the tile guys weren't going to haul off the tile until they were paid from a completely different job. Then after the project was over, another sub kept calling/texting asking about getting paid. Then one showed up to my house at 6pm asking about his money and showing texts where the contractors said they had negative balances in their accounts. So we had to show them we paid. They literally made this a project from hell and it's scary knowing they may or may not have paid people who know where you live.

Clint Noel first went over the project on the phone with us, gave me a ballpark figure of what it would cost, and then came to our house to meet with my husband and I to discuss the project in more detail. His subcontractors are excellent. We really liked the workers whom we got to know because they spent many days working at our house. The ones who did the tear-down, the finish carpenter, the painter, the electricians, master tile layer and many more were professional and very good. Clint is someone who wants everything done perfectly, and it shows in expectations he has of the people he uses. Clint also expects things to be done on the schedule he lays out for the project. There have been a few delays but that, I think, is to be expected especially when there are things that are out of his control, including the weather. He visits his job sites regularly, to maintain communication with the customer and his subcontractors, which ensures that you know he's involved in the project from start to finish. Clint/ Timber Creek Consulting Team Remodeling is the real deal! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone! I can't wait to start phase 2 of our outdoor oasis! I hired Clint and his team for this project as well. It's been such a pleasure to work with Clint and his team on my remodeling projects.

Taking with him the $19,000 that we had just given him to complete the job as well as a very expensive leather couch my mother had just bought before the storm damaged her home. Best choice we could have made! We met with Jason (owner) and decided pretty quickly it was a good fit. After several meetings and visits to different vendors, we got our materials selected and the demo began. The process seemed a little intimidating at first for two people who had no idea what we wanted, but we put our trust in Custom Restoration's hands and I am so glad we did! They were able to turn our dream bathroom into our reality! I can't say enough about this company and all their employees. ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL PROJECT…read more We previously hired Outer Image in the summer of 2011 for a backyard pergola, patio, and a fire pit, as well as a redesign of our front entry. That project was on budget and on schedule and because of this, the project was very successful. My wife and I both have keen attention to detail and everything was completed with utter satisfaction. We continually were complimented on the overall design of our property and this was due to Steve and his creativity. Fast forward to the summer of 2020, we decided that we wanted to change the pergola out for a covered patio as we wanted an area to sit that was protected from the weather. We had multiple contractors price out the project and ultimately decided to hire Outer Image again. Steve's pricing was competitive; in addition, his design and attention to detail are what made us ultimately chose them again. Since our original pergola was still structurally sound from 2011. Outer image recommended keeping the main structure and just removing the top pergola portion to build the vaulted roof structure. This was a huge cost saving to the budget. Outer Image took care of all of the drawings, designs, and permitting with The Woodlands. As soon as we received approval, they worked with us and the pool contractor to coordinate the schedule, site access, and overall coordination so we could complete both projects on time. There were some roadblocks with typical Houston weather and the Outer Image crew was very accommodating and continued to keep the overall project in line. In addition, any questions that arose during the project were addressed and reviewed directly by Steve in a timely and professional manner with a thorough explanation. During this process, we added some additional scope by changing the original 2011 wood deck to an Azek material, replacing some gas pipes in an outdoor fireplace, as well as adding some lighting and electrical to the new structure. All changes were easy to make and the team at Outer Image was happy to accommodate them. Again, their pricing was fair, their service was top notch and their creativity and problem-solving ability were exactly what we needed for this project. Thank you, Steve and the Outer Image team!

Despite multiple warranty service calls (December 2024 and July 2025), by an unlicensed plumber, the problem was never fixed properly -- each time we were told it was just "construction debris in the line." By September 2025, our bathroom and bedroom flooded, and an independent plumber confirmed it was a major plumbing/foundation defect that has likely been leaking sewage and water under our home since the foundation was poured. When we contacted LEVELTX again, they refused to take responsibility, even though these issues began and were reported during the warranty period. We now face significant damage that could have been prevented if the warranty work had been handled correctly. We are extremely disappointed in the lack of accountability and poor workmanship, and we urge anyone considering building with LEVELTX to be cautious. Documentation, invoices, and photos have been retained, and we are pursuing remedies under the Texas Residential Construction Liability Act.
