We scheduled it for the following week. He didn't come the day he was scheduled but showed up the next afternoon and installed half the job. He said he would be back the next day. No show, no call. I text him are you on your way. He texts, I will be there tomorrow. No show again. It rained so heavy that we had mud everywhere. So we call him and he comes up with an excuse he twisted his ankle. He would be here Monday morning. Je did show up and installed the rest of the steps and flagstone. It rained again but the mud wasn't a big issue this time but 3 of the steps were no longer level. I took pictures and contacted Mr. Ramos. He said I'll be back by the end of the week. Two weeks later and he still hasn't corrected the issue. Don't use this business.

Nick & Zachary not only coordinated with my friends, the owners of the home, but were *extremely* kind in coordinating with me. They let me know in advance which days would involve a lot of noise so I could make plans to be away. They were always polite & fun to chat with when, for example, my car needed to be moved to make way for a lumber delivery. During this project the remnants of hurricane Michael passed over Athens causing larger than normal rainfall. Nick & Zachary did extra work to make sure the drainage would be installed before the storm hit. Their drainage worked wonderfully, filling the retaining pond to the brim. They also assisted me with filling sandbags to make sure a separate area of the house would be protected in case the rainfall was excessive. Needless to say, I was *very* impressed with their conscientiousness! Home projects can be so stressful. You won't find nicer or more capable landscapers to help you through your project!

Matt and company do an excellent job of educating you on what they are doing and when they do it. They give you a heads up on when they are coming out. They respond to emails and communicate well which I've found is a rarity in today's world. Most recently, I got an email from Restoration warning about fall army worms being spotted in Athens. The email told us what to look out for and sure enough, two days later I saw the signs and spotted the worms eating up some of my lawn. I called Matt right away and he got out there the same day and treated the area. It was a huge comfort knowing that I didn't need to panic about the worms. Restoration was on it and I only needed to make a phone call. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend them to anyone wanting a lush and beautiful green lawn.
