I asked if I could purchase the vehicle at a certain price, and after Diana checked with the owner, I was told that would be fine. The conversation was simple and convenient. We drove from Bentonville, Arkansas to Oklahoma City that day and stayed at a hotel. The following morning, we were greeted kindly and given the keys to test drive the vehicle. Diana made sure to remind us to check that everything was in order and that the vehicle drove the way we wanted. It's never that easy anywhere else. After test driving the vehicle, we decided we wanted to buy it. Diana made the process quick and painless -- she even let our son run around freely and kindly let him use her portable battery charger so he could watch cartoons. Honestly, it felt like family. Diana and the entire staff we met on Wednesday, May 14th, were absolutely AMAZING! Thank you, MJ's, for a beautiful vehicle, unbeatable price, and a professional, family-like environment. We will definitely spread the word here in Arkansas!

We drove almost two hours today to view, test drive, and purchase the vehicle. When we arrived the first thing we noticed were the pictures online misrepresented the condition of the car. In the pictures online the car looks decent with no chipped paint or scratches. Upon further inspection there was peeling paint, scratches on the exterior and a large crack in the windshield. In the interior of the car the headliner was secured by thumbtacks, the backseat leather was ripped, and the glove compartment came completely off in our hands. The online ad for this particular car advertised AC blows cold air, but once the car was started we tested the AC only to discover it was blowing hot air only. My husband test drove the car and stated he was surprised that the car made it back to the dealership after only a short test drive. Once my husband and daughter arrived back at the dealership my daughter was visibly upset and my husband told the salesman that we were not interested in the car. The salesman asked "What's wrong with it?" The more appropriate question would be what's not wrong with it? So we had to drive two hours home with a heartbroken and disappointed daughter. All I can say is consumer be aware. This dealership specializes false advertising disguised as a good deal!

Car purchase from a used car dealer I bought a car from a…read moreused car dealer in OKC. I met him on Facebook. I checked the Carfax, the car was Ok. 8/14 Wednesday, I bought the car. I paid him with a check. The check has cleared the bank. He handed me the paperwork, 1 key and NO title. He told me that he would submit the papers to the State and I should get the title within 60 days according to the law. I drove the car home. 8/21 Wednesday. He contacted me and told me that he needed to take 4 pictures of the car to send in the pictures with the paperwork to the State. I told him that I have never heard of the 4 picture requirement before. He said he would not turn the paperwork in without the pictures. He said he was going to come by my house and take the pictures at 4:00pm. He did not show up. I texted him and he replied that he was too busy and he was going to come on Thursday. 8/22 Thursday. He did not show up. I texted him, I called him, he ghosted me. 8/23 Friday. I texted him, I called him, he ghosted me. 8/24 Saturday. I texted him, I called him, he ghosted me. I used a different cell phone with a different no. and I called him acting like I was looking to buy a car. He answered his phone. I told him that I was going to bring the car in that day and he said he did not have time and he also said bring it on Monday 8/26 at 11:00am. He also said that he needed to verify the car VIN. I told him that I was getting very uncomfortable with him and I wanted my title and he gave me the story that he had to take the 4 pictures and verify the VIN of the car and send them to the state on Monday 8/26. 8/25 Sunday. I searched the internet and I found out there were similar complaints against him. There were complaints of delaying sending the title, bulling, intimidation, and violence. I felt unsafe being around him. I want my title from him and also I want to never have to deal with him again. 8/26 Monday. I elected not to go to his place. I feel extremely unsafe to go there. He called me at 11:00am and I told him that I was not going to his place. He was very unhappy and he said that he would not process my papers. I am looking for help, recommendations, ideas, suggestions to get my title asap. 8/27 Tuesday. I contacted the tag Agency and I found out that the title is an Oklahoman title, NOT in the dealership's name. The title is registered to somebody in Tulsa and the dealership is in OKC. He is using delaying tactics because he does not have the title in his possession. I want my title asap. In conclusion. He is not trustworthy, he has 1 key of the car, he is intimidating, he is a bully, he is threatening, he uses delay tactics NOT to give me the title, he states that he must have 4 pictures of the car, that is totally unnecessary, he claims he that he needs to prove the VIN, he already has that. I feel very unsafe around him, I feel threatened, I feel intimidated and I am also afraid that he might steal my car using the 2nd key. Thank you.

Go to Import Motors and tell him what you need. He'll put you in it and the boss will get you a payment that you can afford. Don't be fooled by the front of the lot. They have a huge back lot full of every type of car, truck, and SUV. Jose spent time repairing a switch on my Jeep AFTER I bought it even though he was busy. He made arrangements to have the windshield replaced AFTER I bought it. What other used dealer does such things? Also, when he ordered a part, it was there in minutes. This tells me that Import Motors deals fairly with other businesses and they value the relationship. Remember that this is a used car dealership. Used cars break down sometimes. If this happens, just ask them to recommend a good mechanic. I'll bet you'll get the best repair at a great price just because you were sent there by Import Motors. Finally, one of the things that impressed me the most was that while I was there, two older gentlemen stopped by the lot to see the cars and visit. They weren't there to buy. They were both treated with respect. And even though everyone was busy on the lot they took time to greet and speak with the men. This shows that the people at Import Motors are a valuable part of the community.

A couple times if a certain car caught our eye, we'd be instantly cautioned: "you don't want that one", because he knew we weren't looking for "a project". Once, the car my daughter bought behaved strangely on the highway, making her nervous; another time one I bought showed an oil leak in my driveway after a few days. In both instances, even though the cars were sold "as is", returning them to either have the mechanic look them over, or to choose something else, was not an issue at all.
