If you are going to offer a 10% discount and it is talked about at the cash register I expect you to actually give me the offered discount agreed upon. This place is great. Awesome selection of fresh cuts of meat and gourmet burgers, brats, etc. Very nice inside with a cool vibe. It seems fairly popular and is always busy on Saturday. They also have a large freezer of grass fed beef, etc. Make sure to take home some of their jalapeño poppers to throw on the grill. read more

Sooooo on Saturdays they sell slabs of smoked bbq ribs. $22 for a slab. They are awesome! Tender and flavorful and so much easier than trying to make them yourself. They sell out, so go early. Yum! read more

I only cook for one. T&C meats sells smoked chicken on Wednesday and Smoked Ribs and Tri-tips on Saturday's. I began an elimination diet about 7 months ago trying to find out what foods caused me to have inflammation and GI upset. They showed me the ingredients in their Spice Rubs. And have successfully lost 70 pounds and have been able to identify add-back foods that cause problems. These folks work hard to meet your needs. I have a friend who is big into barbecue and smoking meat. I had them try my tri-tips. He states the quality is exceptional the rub is first rate and for the cost, you could not cook this quality of meat for less than the cost for which they are sold. Awesome selection and friendly staff. The selection is good for cuts of meat is good. The pre-made potato salad is my favorite. It has bacon in it and a lot of sour cream. Maybe it's not everyone's cup of tea but I love it. Also their other pre-prepared items are really tasty--the burgers, sausages and jalapeño poppers shouldn't be overlooked! read more
