This company rents dumps to people with low income. We cleaned this place and fixed things that maintenance refused to. Then they gave us a bill for $500 after we paid $100 to get it professionally cleaned, and kept the $950 DD. Everything here is terribly ran, but it seems that all of Albuquerque already knows that. My ex hasn't even been in his apartment one week now he's back here staying with me because of continuous issues first he couldn't get in for 3 days because when they gave him the key and he went to the apartment it was screwed shut. Since it was a weekend nobody would answer and maintenance wasn't coming or calling or emailing back. He finally got in on that Monday following stayed one night heater not working so he bought one next day maintenance comes tries to fix the heater the electricity goes out they bring him more space heaters and he thinks it's a joke when the maintenance tells him don't run the heater and microwave at the same time. Because why would you be in an apartment where you can't run your appliances. But it was not a joke he went to fix himself something to eat and everything went out and nobody could come so he again stayed with me. Absolute horrible horrible company read more

Worst management company in Albuquerque. I left my apt in better condition then when I moved in and they sent me a letter with charges if 1150. They will charge you for things that were not there in the first place and stuff that their own maintenance Break. They are slow or not existing when you have an issue but wow are they quick when you hand in your keys they will run not walk to check out the place so sad what this place is getting away with. Chuck most definitely needs a reality check and needs to learn how to run a business and stop scamming. that one star is to high of a rating for T and c management. we lived in the complex on Aspen for almost 2 years. First our property manager Joseph Howard was buddies with the other two tenants in our building ( David, and Shay) he had them hacking and listening to us, going into our apartment while we were home and asleep and when we would leave, they would put poison in our food and in our apartment where we would contract it by walking around. T and C management are liars, thieves, lazy, don't respond and will make up phony charges once you owe them they make it so you can never catch up. They charged us 2x the damage deposit and altered the amount on the renewal contract. My best advice is to stay clear away from this management company they will hurt you financially,physically,emotionally,and mentally. read more

So our air conditioning broke and I put in a maintenance request ASAP. It's extremely hot here in Abq and when I go to work I don't want to leave my pets inside without air conditioning. The next 24 hours go by and I don't hear anything from T&C. I get home and my house is sooo hot. I have 2 fans going but it's not doing much. So this time I try calling there emergency maintenance number. I talk to a lady and let her know what's going on. She asks me what the temperature is outside (and of course it's cool right now because a storm is passing through). She finally tells me that is not an urgent matter and someone will call me regarding the matter tomorrow or sometime soon. Really?!? So tomorrow will be day 2 with no air conditioning in 90 degree heat. Thanks T&C. Anyways, They don't seem to care about helping anyone. I've had issues with them in the past. Our residence was recently bought from a wonderful, competent landlady and then thrown to this shockingly incompetent management company who have no idea whatsoever what's going on moment to moment. They send random people into your residence and claim to have no knowledge, never return phone calls or respond to inquiries, and play dumb and lie constantly about repairs. She didn't answer any of my calls before during or after our scheduled appointment and when the office secretary asked Maria about the appointment the secretary came back on the line laughing. The owner of the apartment complex where I live at changed leasing companies to run the apartment complex, all tenants recieved an email from the former leasing agent that last week of August 2022 stating that by August 31, 2022 the new leasing company would contact the tenants. Nobody contacted the tenants at all. It is a small apartment complex with only six apartments of which only five are occupied, all of us tenants were asking each other if we knew where or to who we would pay our rent too and none of us knew. Finally on 3rd day of this month we called the former leasing company and we're told it was T&C Management. I called T &C Management and the woman that answered the phone could not seem to find our apartment complex as one of the ones they manage. She finally did then said that we had till that day to pay the rent due to them being closed the following Monday due to it being a holiday, if we dint pay by the 3rd, we would get charged a late fee. I went in to pay and they had no record of me being a tenant. It took half a day for them to get the issue resolved, their excuse was that it is a new account and they dint have all the information on the tenants. They knew since last month. T&C Management is so incompetent to say the least! read more

Professional and Attractive Administrative Staff - Business Office Rating 5.0 The Billing Department made a couple mistakes but quickly fixed them without a lot of related dialog. I'm sure their inner office strategy has been find a problem? ...fix it. Billing Dept Rating 5 .0 Last summer my front door lock malfunctioned and Jamie showed up w/in 20 min (midday) to replace it. I stood along side him with a ton of new groceries - in the middle of the hot summer. The ice cream was saved. That's another 5.0 rating from me. Conrado takes good care of the property and is here at least every couple of weeks. He's thorough, professional and polite all in a T & C Management work-shirt. The place looks great when he is finished. He's also kindly helped me remove some Basura. - Property Maintenance a Definite 5.0 rating. The swamp coolers overhead need to be turned on and off seasonally with full access to related apartments. Manuel and others arrive 2x a year. They are quiet, efficient and professionals. All wearing the T & C Logo. That's another good 5.0 rating from me. When I first moved here psycho creeps did business selling items donated for veterans causes out of their front apartment. Bad Scam. Lifelong felons and true despicable creeps that created a constant disturbance. Roberta Ruiz handled the situation correctly and evicted them. Sadly she's retired and Liz has taken her place. Property Management Strong 5.0 rating for both. I've been looking for an apartment for months and it has been such a hassle that I was on the verge of giving up. Over a three-month period of time, I've paid hundreds of dollars in application fees, talked to numerous property management companies, and didn't get anywhere. The apartment that I applied for had already been rented but Rose was very helpful, Laurie was amazing, and Daisy was terrific. I am very thankful to these ladies because they went over and beyond to help. I was never left guessing or assuming which is an amazing feeling to have after spending months looking for a place and only having days to find one. I had a wonderful experience dealing with T and C Management, and literally have no complaints so far. Daisy was wonderful and she found us the cutest apartment. The property so far is very kept up and looks very nice, the apartment was in very good shape, and neighbors seem to be decent people. I had a very horrible experience with this agency. They are very unprofessional and there was no communication. I am sad to say I used to refer my clients to this agency and with my experience with this company I will advise my clients to look elsewhere. I was interested in a one bedroom apartment. I called the main office for a walk thru when I was told by the receptionist no one has applied for the apartment. I viewed the apartment the same day. 1st of all I showed up 20 minutes and waited by the office door and waited for 20 minute. There was a lady on her cell phone the whole entire time at the other end of the building Who I thought was just a resident. Later that same lady asked if I was there viewing the apartment. I mentioned to her I called the office and was told you just left the building. I was highly interested in the one bedroom and was advised To hurry an apply with the application fee of 45.00. I did so and paired the application fee. I called the office again and was told it will take 3 to 5 days to hear something. I called everyday, no return calls. I went to the main office in person and was told someone will get back to me as there is only one person who views the application. Later, I go to the apartment complex and catch the manger in her office telling another person on the phone they have a 1 bedroom available and they should hurry and apply with the application fee of $45.00 for each adult. THE SAME APARTMENT I APPLIED FOR A FEW DAYS PRIOR. I confronted the apartment manager and a day later I get an email stating the apartment was no longer available. I called the supervisor and was told so many people apply for the apartment so your not guaranteed And if I am interested they have other properties available. I looked at other properties and was not interested as many did not look safe or sanitary. I wanted to view another complex on the northeast said and left numerous messages for the prop manager to this day no return phone calls. Like I said there is no communication with their residents (current or future). There is no communication between staff. They are very unprofessional. They lie and convince you in applying for an apartment with the application fee of $45.00 (for each adult). Also remember you will not be returned the application fee. So again I will not be referring clients here. I now have walked in their shoe. read more

T &c management is the worst management company ever there slumlords they don't fix anything they lie constantly saying that they came out and they didn't. My apartment has smelled like sewer since the 1st year I have lived there and they will never do anything about it. My pipes constantly backup. My air conditioner don't work half the time. They never clean out the air conditioner when they hook it up for the summer. They don't replace the pads and if they do they pack them in so tight that the air conditioner doesn't work. Every time they come to fix something my husband has to fix whatever they did because they made it worse. They flooded my apartment With a portable air conditioner because our air conditioner motor went out and all they did was came and stopped up the water with a shot back and my upstairs smells like mildew they won't replace the carpet the carpet is tearing. The 1st year I live there I asked them to replace that upstairs carpet due to the fact that in the 2nd bedroom when we started walking on the carpet it smelled like urine. In my experience, dealing with T&C Management, I am extremely dissatisfied with their entire staff. They are quick to charge for items that do not pertain to the rental agreement. Their maintenance staff do not speak english very well and are difficult to understand and communicate with. I takes FOREVER for them to fix anything and when they finally do come over unannounced and you're not home, they charge a maintenance fee. Everything about T & C Management is a complete rip off and utterly unprofessional. I hired this agency to manage a rental property, and was blown away by their lack of professionalism and greed. They would say one thing and do something else, charge for things that I should have not been charged for. Deny that they had agreed to something when I had documentation of everything that had been discussed. Furthermore, their bookkeeping is terrible, and are still manually printing statements and stamping them with "client's copy" and mailing them out, rather than doing this electronically like any modern company would. They charge to use their online system (yes, really). Go in the office and you will see many young women there with too much makeup and cleavage showing. The owner of the company is not helpful and is shockingly unprofessional when dealing with customers. I terminated my business with this company as soon as the initial lease term was over, and have since been very happy with the service I have received from another property management company. I heve been living in these apartments for 4 years now, i was a full time student and was working full time as well, and these people were not understanding when sometimes my rent would be late. I would explain to them that I would have the rent money at a certain time and date and still harassed me posted up to three late fees so that I would pay for those as well, when I moved in here there where assigned parking to everyone who lived here, the numbers have faded from the cement so I let the property management know about this issue, I have complained for a year now and nothing has been done, a couple weeks ago I had to park my vehicle on a spot where I usually would not park at, but since there was no parking I parked there. The next morning I go to my vehicle and it had been hit by one of the neighbors, those neighbors are always causing problems and I do not feel safe, t& c management only cares about the money and they don't care about your safety they don't spray for black widows, the maintenance crew steals not only from inside your home but from outside as well so I had to change my locks. I am definitely moving soon I cannot put up with them no longer, if you rent from them please know that this is a money hungry management and they will find a way to bill you for more than what your supposed to pay. read more
