At the team seemed very empathetic and very kind until I received a text message from stating that the owner of the company has decided to take me to collections for an amount that the insurance company did not pay because they deemed the services that were rendered frivolous and unnecessary so the company was coming after me for those frivolous and unnecessary services. I had never received a bill and I told Frank they can go ahead and send me a I received a phone call from Tony Atkins at table recovery group. He was rude. He hung up on me because I explained to him that I've never seen a bill and I'm not paying something I've never seen and he stated no matter what they bill me. I am financially responsible for it because I signed a contract even if I everybody sees it as frivolous and unnecessary it doesn't matter what they charge me. I have to pay it because I signed the contract. Does this seem right? This is absolutely terrible business practice. I was never given an opportunity to even see a bill before they it to a collection who then was completely rude and unprofessional please please please please do not use this company you will deeply regret it. They are shady and all they care about is money even if it means doing unethical things to get it.

This is a long overdue review for ATH! They handled two major home projects for us in 2025 in a…read moremidcentury modern condo. This review is for the first one, a bedroom ceiling/roof leak that needed mold mitigation, asbestos testing and renovation. March 2025: Leak originally started as a moisture spot on the ceiling in October 2024 but my HOA ignored it. By March 2025, the ceiling had become so compromised that water streamed in like a waterfall during a massive storm. My original contact was Noah - he gave me an estimate (along with two other companies). I really appreciated how Noah was communicative, informative and thorough. And! he didn't badger me w/ phone calls & emails, like the other two companies did. He understood that I said I would take care of the situation when I could b/c I was in the middle of Massage Therapy school. I understood the "risks" of having mold & just shut the bedroom off. Fast forward to August 2025 & now we're ready to take care of the situation. Noah followed protocol of getting an asbestos test first. Luckily, it was negative. Then Spencer, their Mitigation Specialist? built a special containment room, inside the guest bedroom that sealed off the contaminated area. Heavy duty fans stayed on for about 72 hours? so the area could be thoroughly dried after being treated w/ some kind of mold treatment. Noah was available via text when I had questions - that was surprising & super helpful! Once Mitigation was completed, Noah connected me w/ Jacob at their Restoration Department. He sent over a stellar crew led by David & they proceeded to rebuild about a quarter of the bedroom - meant to mention that they had to rip out dry wall, scaffolding, etc. This crew rebuilt and then refinished the area, including re-installing wainscotting and painting the ceiling + walls. The results? This bedroom looks gorgeous! We were thrilled with how thorough/smooth ATH was w/ this process & how the renovation turned out. Highly recommend this company for their professionalism, flexibility and high standards. Thanks to the ATH Team!
