Avoid this company like the plague if you want certain songs to be played and are looking for…read morepeople that will care. With months of planning, we asked from the beginning if they could play certain songs at our wedding and although they did play some of them, they more than three times played the wrong ones (i.e.: they played the Father/Daughter dance when the Mother/Son were supposed to dance, and couldn't change it for the longest time, to the point that the Father/Daughter ended up just going up halfway through their song that kept playing, even though it wasn't their turn quite yet). The MC kept arguing that they were the right songs, even though they were not and we have documentation showing they weren't the right songs. From the very beginning of the bride's walkout song, they had started playing it without making sure that the bride was even close by (hint: she wasn't..), and ended up having to restart it three times in a row, playing it fully each time. What a disaster from the beginning, but we were willing to overlook this. The fact that they played a song with the same title as the one we had requested but by a different artist that was completely inappropriate at a wedding, and that they kept arguing that they were the right songs, each and every time they played the wrong songs and it would take forever to change any song, and transitions were extremely bad (straight change of song when they finally changed them, no fade in/out).. There were so many issues that we figured we should've just used an iPod and our own speakers. The DJ came up to the bride and groom before the end of the night while they were chatting with some guests that were saying their goodbyes (they were still being paid for another hour or so) to ask that we fill out the evaluation, and that he couldn't leave until we had done so. I get that he wanted to leave early, but he was again still getting paid for it, and the fact that he kept pressing and rudely interrupting while other guests were chatting with us and saying their goodbyes seemed completely unprofessional. Also kind of weird that we'd have to provide an evaluation on the spot and hand it back to them, when it's about them (the DJ and MC).. Lastly, don't even get me started on the owner Stéphane Lachance; I get that you want to have your employees' backs, but he would not take full responsibility, even though he admitted to his employees messing up. He provided us with a tiny refund compared to what he paid, and even stated that he couldn't provide us with a bigger refund because he basically has bills to pay, even though once again, he had admitted to his company's wrong doing. We advised him that we still weren't happy and that the amount he was refunding was not compensating for basically ruining our event, but obviously we'll take a refund even though it is tiny and not satisfactory. He was also very rude and has terrible customer service. Extremely disappointing. If you are just looking for some tacky/inappropriate music they choose and don't need certain queues to be on time and not missed, if you're looking for a disinterested/bored looking DJ (Raphaël) from the beginning and an argumentative MC (Christine), then go ahead and hire them, but otherwise you're taking a gamble and I would feel terrible for anyone else, especially for a wedding, to experience the same kind of terrible experience we did. The only highlight was Bianca, I believe she was an intern last year, who was very helpful and customer service oriented. I feel bad for her working under such a despicable boss.

We met with Guy a few weeks before our wedding and I instantly felt so comfortable with him. He was extremely professional, took the time to ask us questions and get to know us a little. He felt like a friend! I knew I could trust him to make our wedding everything we hoped it could be. Not only do DJs play music, but you don't realize how much work they do behind the scenes making sure your timeline of the day goes smoothly. I loved that I didn't have to think or worry about anything! Guy connected with our venue coordinator, photographer, videographer, and maid of honor/best man himself so that things went smoothly the whole night. It was so amazing! The music was the BEST, Guy kept the party going and knew exactly what to play to appeal to all different ages. The way he introduced us was professional yet exciting, and he knew how to get everyone up on the dance floor! My maid of honor told him that night that she wanted him to be her DJ, which he will be this September for her wedding! We saw DJs from NuImage Entertainment working at 2 other friends weddings before our own, and I tell everyone I know to definitely use them for their own weddings! Best DJ company by far!!!

Peter took every request, non request, and turned it into the party we hoped it would be. He is a professional yet felt like a close friend throughout our entire evening. I highly recommend him and his business not just for weddings but for any private event, fundraiser, etc.
