This company is the real deal, honest and hard working and that is an understatement, because of the fact that he stayed until 9:30 pm working on our AC t o make sure it was working properly. Highly recommended, I will definitely use this company again. Frank didn't try and throw hidden cost at us, he was honest and willing to help. I guarantee all these reviews are creditable we are very pleased with this company and I will recommended to everyone who is looking for AC service. read more

If I could give them a negative number, I certainly would. Frank has jerked me around since the moment he was assigned this job. He didn't call me to start with and when I did get a hold of him, he promised to be out "first thing tomorrow" I had to call him to even get him to show up at noon. He was here for 15 minutes and left, supposedly having diagnosed the problem. He did not file the report with Old Republic for three days. It was approved the same day and he did not order the part until late Friday night. It is now late Wednesday night and we are still sitting with a portable swamp cooler and the house in the 80s. SUPPOSEDLY, the part will be here tomorrow and, if we're lucky, it MAY be installed by the end of the week. The kicker to all of this is we live in Sun City Arizona. The temperatures have been in excess of 100 degrees every since he started this song and dance routine. My roommate and I are in our 60s and we have three dogs. This is more than just inconvenient, it is a health hazard. Long and short, avoid this company. read more

I was assigned Sysko from my home owners warranty and the parts had to be ordered which came in the next week and it took another 2 weeks to fix my AC in the middle of August in Phoenix. Also, I was charged $850 and my home owners warranty said I owed $560. There was an issue with the fan outside which they said they would fix, never heard back from them after contacting them twice. read more

Our A/C took a turn for the worse and the temperature was rising while our A/C was constantly running and was putting out lukewarm/warm air. We have an infant in the home and the temperature in our home was at 89°. We put in a service request through our home warranty company at 1:07pm and Frank from Sysko was at our house by 7pm on a Sunday. He diagnosed and replaced our bad motor in no time! Frank was very friendly and explained everything he was doing and how long it would take. We were able to stay in our home and the temperature cooled down quickly. I would highly recommend Sysko! read more

Was scheduled with Sysko through my home warranty. Called and texted several times and never received a response. Was scheduled between 11am and 3pm and he never showed. I understand it is a busy time and a simple "running late" or "may not be able to get to you today" text would have been nice. If you are unable to make an appointment, be professional and let your customer know so they can schedule elsewhere. Waited around all day in over 100 degree heat. Irritating when youve been without AC for a week and a technician is a no show. read more

Frank. Oh my goodness. I cannot say enough great things about that man and his team! He has come to my home to work on my AC a couple of times through my home warranty and each time he is professional and very efficient. He came out super quick each time. This year our unit finally died and Even in the middle of such a nasty summer he got everything taken care of and got me taken care of. Great communication. Would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone. read more

You will not get better customer service that toy will with this company. Frank not only replaced my AC but he was actually contracted then my home warranty company and went above and beyond to ensure I had the best experience ever. It started out very rough, not with Frank but with the home warranty company. But finally I was fed up called Frank and he went above and beyond to help me, my family of 3 and me being a single mama. You will bit get a better customer experience than with Frank and his company. I will put my name and reputation on the line with him, You can't go wrong calling Sysko and Frank! Literally a blessing and best experience vm ever at the end of the day! Thanks Frank for everything! read more

These guys have been great. Our a/c has been having issues since June and every company that has come out has given us the run around and bare minimum effort, but Frank and the young men who work for him have been nothing short of amazing, responsive, informative, and overall honest about what our situation looks like- especially since our unit is older and we honestly have no real idea when it was last replaced since we just bought the home 3 years ago and no mention of updates were made to the home or A/C They've been cleaning up the messes and working out the kinks other a/c companies have made when it comes to our unit and have truly made us feel secure that there is a light at the end of the tunnel when it comes to our a/c issues. If you ever have the chance to work with them, I can honestly say you won't be disappointed. Just be sure to be kind because this heat is brutal and these guys really bust their butts all day making sure the job is done correctly. Thank you so much for your service, guys! read more

Frank and crew worked on our house in the brutal heat all day and were responsive prior to install. He is easy to reach and fairly priced with no hidden fees. He was assigned to us from our home warranty initially but is the best tech we have received in our 3 years of home owning. We will continue to use his services from this point forward. read more

I read the other reviews and am wondering if someone wrote their own review. We used this AC tune up service through our home warranty but I had to wait 2 weeks just to schedule a tune up on Saturday 5-26-18. Frank E.who said he was the owner of the company, did not call which he is supposed to do so. He just showed up. Our tenant was home fortunately and she told us that Frank E (owner) said we needed 2 lbs of a new dual run cap and Freon which is very expensive because home warranty only covers $20/ lb and we have to fork out $130/ lb. Well, I called the Home warranty to see if they received the invoice for the TUNE up service done 5-26-18 to show diagnostic readings. 1 week later and still no invoice. Frank asked for a $260 check out of my pocket to get this Freon topped up. He was going to come to my house until when I told him I am about 1 hour drive from the rental. I told him, I have a check ready and will send it if he promised to take care of the problem immediately. Conversation was at 12:54pm on Wednesday 5-30-18 and he promised he was going to do it ASAP as we get off the phone. Over 5 hours plus later , Tenant text me there was no show from the AC guy. I got suspicious and called the home warranty again. They still didn't get any invoice from Sysko. So I decided to call my own AC guy who isn't contracted with the HmWarranty co. Met up with our AC guy Kris on 6-2-18 (1 week later) who gave us a second opinion on the diagnostic findings. He said the Dual run cap was tested fine even under a load. He also checked the freon level and said it was good. So, Frank if you're reading this remark-- you get what you put out! You freaking Dishonest person to try to rip off Seniors! You reap what you sow and may it come back in full circle! read more

My home warranty uses them. It's impossible to schedule him (I think it's a one man shop) to come out which is ridiculous. This company and my home warranty can go kick rocks. read more

This company and the owner Frank are the "real deal", honest and trustworthy beyond compare. Frank has serviced our pediatric practice's A/C and heating needs for more than 5 years- we would never use anyone else. He goes above and beyond to be available and is ALWAYS on time. Courteous, knowledgeable, and honest are the traits that keep us as his clients. He never "upsells' and is more than fair with his pricing. He is one of the good guys. We highly recommend Sysko Services for all your heating and A/C needs. read more

My AC stopped working in the middle of the summer and I got assigned to Sysko services through my home warranty company. Frank called me and mentioned that he will try to make it even though he is busy with his pre-booked appointments. He showed up at 10 pm and fixed my AC problem in no time. Thanks, Frank!. I would definitely recommend Sysko Services. read more

Frankie did not complete services so this review is solely based on customer service provided. He was assigned to me through the home warranty program for appliance repair. It was assigned and it took 9 days to get a text from him to set appt. I replied 2 days after and didn't hear anything back for another 5 days when I called to set something up. He was very open about not liking to go to my town since it is isolated. We were leaving for a trip so I said let's just make for next week and you can build your route around appt. He said ok 10 am appt. Day of appt. Waited 10 am came and went. I texted. He said he had one more stop before mine. He would be there around 12p. He arrived around that time. Told him issues with dishwasher. He drained and removed and was not sure what the problem was and needed to research. Collected my home owner fee. This was a Tuesday so I asked if we could have update by friday. He asked for Monday. Friday i texted just to be sure were on the same timeline. It was coming on a month of initial service call and a non working dishwasher. No reply to text. Called him monday morning. We spoke he said he had to do more research and had to come back to reinspect. I asked when was the soonest. He replied tomorrow at 10 am. I said perfect. Thanks. Next day 10 am comes and goes. I waited until noon to text. He said i was not on the schedule he then replied he was busy until friday and only said he would call me back the next day. Well there was no call from him if that was his intended plan for service. So I called carrier to get reassigned to a professional. It was reassigned and repaired with a pump within 24 hrs. read more

If you need a reliable HVAC company then this is the company to contact. Frank responded very quickly and was able to replace our fan motor in less than a day. I highly recommend his services to any who need HVAC repair. Keep in mind because he is so good he has a very full schedule. So much so he has had to work very late into the mornings, many times until 3am! I have a lot more respect for what he goes through. Thank you again Frank for your hard work! read more

I have a contract through Choice Home Warranty. They sent my a/c request to their vendors and Sysko Services accepted the work order. This company was to show up between 7 and 11 am on Monday June 13, 2022. I had tried to call the company early that morning to see where I was in the lineup of appointments. While I was calling, I received a text asking me to please text them. I did so and didn't get a response. I waited about 30 minutes and realized that I hadn't included my name, that being a new customer, it may not show up on their phone so I sent another text to include it. I had stated that my a/c was completely out and we had record high heat that past weekend. Eleven o'clock came and went, then 1 o'clock . I tried calling to see if they were going to show or what was the status. Still now show and no response from company. I called CHW, they tried to call. No answer. Going straight to voicemail. At 2 o'clock, I called CHW back and told them to cancel my work order with Sysko and assign me with someone else. They wanted me to want 24 hours. I said no. Due to this company's total lack of professionalism and disregard for my situation did not warrant me to wait nor was I willing to give them my money. I do not reward this type of behavior. If they were running behind, they could have called and said so. If their workload was too much, they could have said so. I got nothing. Totally unreliable!! read more

Was referred to this company by my home warranty made several attempts to try to call and schedule an appointment no answer it appears that the phone number provided was a cell phone directly to Frank which the mailbox was full and I was unable to leave a message not a step in the right direction if a customer can't get ahold of you or leave his contact information. read more

Frank was very courtest and professional. He reached out to us shortly after we submitted our request through our warranty to setup a time to come out amd diagnose our A/C unit. He was able to diagnose not just the one problem but another problem to my A/C unit. The parts were ordered and the work was completed in a timely manner. The whole time Frank kept in constant contact to let us know what the status was on the parts ordered and when he would be able to come out and install the new parts. Thank you Frank for a job well done. read more

Was able to get out the next day (late day call the day prior). Despite being very busy Frank made it out and quickly troubleshoot and repaired my AC getting us back to cool Air. Very professional and I would recommend him. read more

We finally found our HVAC guy!! One of our tenants called this summer to let us know that the AC had "come to a screeching halt." That's not the greatest call from a tenant-- especially when it's supposed to be 116F that afternoon. We spent 6 hours calling several of our regular guys to no avail. Many of them left us hanging for hours while they searched for techs who could stop by to look at the system. At about 4:30, we came to the realization that many of the businesses would soon be closing. We hopped onto Yelp and found Syscko Services. He was just finishing up a job and would be passing by the property on the way to the next job, so he actually stopped by. It was nothing more than a capacitor, so he was able to immediately changed that out and for a great price. Now that things are cooling down, we had him over to check our AC units in our home. We have several homes the the valley and will certainly call him for all our HVAC needs. He's dependable, professional, punctual, and we simply trust him. We feel so fortunate to have found him and will certainly be recommending him to all of our family, friends, and clients. Thank you, Frank! read more

Worst customer service ever. Set up an appointment for them to service our air conditioner this week. The appointment was set for Saturday. Friday night at 7:30 pm we received a call that they would not be out Saturday nor the following week. No explanation only rudeness since apparently they didn't want to honor a home warranty job. Don't waste your time with this company. They don't need the business nor want the business. read more
