The neighbor on the other side decided to put a fence in which is not 6" off the line and they dug into OUR property. They said they HAD to come onto our property to put the fence up even though we have NO TRESPASSING signs. One part of the fence kicks out on the bottom onto our property and they left rocks all over our property. I called them about being on our property and they act like they have the right to do what they want. If I ever catch these asshats near my property again that will be THEIR worst day.

WELL, both Marissa/Office & Nate/Estimator called and read the contract verbatim and basically threatened to remove the fence they installed if I did not pay the balance. Neither one would allow me to speak with the supervisor of the installation or the owner who was on the job that day. Marissa was beyond rude and I would not recommend this company. I would be very cautious to do business with a company that cannot take the time to discuss the concerns of the customer.

My issues stem from 1st when I got my quote and I decided to go with them I was told that they weren't going to give me a specific start date because while they were looking at early to mid August they were pushing jobs up so they saw the job happening sooner. I emailed the company in mid July looking for an update and stated they were 6 weeks out so end of August and end of August it was they literally started on August 31st. Second issue I was not home the day they came to take my old fence out as they called me day of to ask if they could start and I was at work. Well trust me when I say you want to be there every day that the team is there. I have wireless security cameras and one of the workers tried to steal one and was caught on camera with the camera he tried to steal! I told the owner of the situation after they completed the work and he appreciated that I told him about it but didn't offer anything for the attempted theft by one of his employees other than I'm sorry and said employee should know better. Left me with bad feeling.

Do not have fencing done by these people. The project wasn't started on time. We got put off three…read moretimes. They didn't properly clean up and we had to have them return to do so. At the last minute an existing fence that was promised to be removed was not removed. Also promised was support poles 8 feet on center, we got 10 feet on center. Several other issues such as loose bolts and sloppy workmanship were all excused under the "unavoidable interruptions" clause in the contract. The building inspector said it was a shabby job and I should think about challenging it but when I showed him the contract he agreed that I'm was stuck with it. Lesson learned here, get everything you agreed on written on the drawing of the plan and have an out clause if they delay a lot.
