This is an update based on the owner's response. It has been a year since our turf was installed…read moreand we still have flooding on our porch and in our garage. Since the owners claim was our gutters and door were the problem.. I have included a video taken this morning after the storm we had last night, luckily we've only a few major storms, and I've only occurred flooding in the garage 4-5 times this year. Our gutters and door are less than a year old. We decided to look into having this fixed by another company. After having 3 companies come out, we were left with the same result. We were told this is an installation and/or drainage issue - as in not enough drainage was installed. In order to fix it, the entire project would need to be redone. Which brings me back here today. I was glad to see in the owner's reply that there is a 3 year warranty on his work. I look forward to HIM reaching out to us to explain what he will do to resolve this issue. My understanding from these other companies is that the turf will need to be removed. The ground will need to be releveled lower then up against the doorframe and likely more or better drainage installed. I look forward to hearing from Anthony soon As for the suggestion of adding pavers to our porch. With all due respect, I would never pay more to fix an issue that wasn't a problem before their work was completed

She was uninterested, lacking any enthusiasm and completely devoid of any signs of creativity as far as i could tell. The owner himself came out initially rather than a salesperson. Phil is a great guy, someone you want to do business with. Save yourself some money and get the job done right. I was impressed with the selection of quality turf material he offered me. I went with a two tone green with some realistic looking brownish thatch at the bottom. The finished look is a great improvement to my backyard pool area. I'm very picky and somewhat of a perfectionist. The sub-base they installed was flat with no humps and graded perfectly. It was amazing how they went right up to my existing curved landscape edging flawlessly. The seams were minimized and virtually invisible. The over 400 square foot job was completed in one day with his crew of talented installers. I am extremely happy with the pet turf he installed. My dog loves his new play area. Much cleaner and more beautiful to look at. Very classy. Thank you Phil and the crew. You guys are the best.
