While I was…read moreinitially told new patient openings for general care wouldn't be until January, they were able to get me in much sooner for an acute issue with my wisdom teeth. From the moment i walked in, I knew i wanted to establish care here. The office is inviting and calming, with separate rooms, ample windows, and tranquil paintings. The entire staff is warm and welcoming. My dental assistant was efficient and we were even able to combine my new patient exam and cleaning into a single visit since I was already there. The hygienist was amazing--she talked me through the entire process, was so gentle that I didn't feel any pain while she was scraping or flossing, and even asked me about college. We established a hand signal as a way to communicate if I needed a moment. My dentist, Dr. Heer, was also wonderful. She gave me a jaw massage to release tension, complimented my teeth, and even joked about me winning an Olympic gold medal after I mentioned my athletic pursuits. After years of dental anxiety, I can finally say I feel completely at ease. I highly recommend this practice!

I waited less than 5 minutes. Intake with assistant was thorough, professional and friendly. Xays were done on the spot. Ten minutes later pictures had been reviewed with doctors and treatment options were presented to me in detail. I have arthritis, and injured my knee (direct impact, knocked down by a 60 lb dog running fast straight at me, playing our chase game). I chose a cortisone shot, which was administered painlessly by Seth. (Although I was advised to expect relief in a few days, tonight the difference in stiffness and pain is remarkable.) Seth recommended exercises that would strengthen the supporting musculature around the knee, and said water aerobics is ideal. I left feeling very appreciative of and impressed by the care of this team and the efficiency of the office. That has remained constant for the past 15 years that I have been a patient here.

The nurse brought me into the examination room, only to leave me sitting for 15-30 more minutes by myself. The horrible part is the paper thin walls which allow for the conversation in the next room to reverberate in the room you are in. If they were talking about the injury of the other patient, that would be fine, but that is not what they were talking about-they were "shooting the breeze and talking about a recent move, etc. This went on for 20 minutes...After all of my wait, Dr. Kaplan spent less than 10 minutes with me, giving me no real answers or follow up appointment, only sending me away-returning to the other room with the patient he had been talking to before. I can't believe I had to pay a 20 co-pay for almost an hour and a half for an 8 minute doctor visit that gave me NOTHING. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

This service provided care for an elderly relative for a number of months. TLC was hired to assist…read morewith day to day care including not only companionship but also assistance with the tasks of day to day living including personal hygiene, medications, reminders etc. During that time, my loved one experienced a number of infections that were due to poor hygienic practices and the failure of caregivers to recognize the signs of infection. This resulted in hospitalizations and follow up medical care. While a few of the caregivers were kind and well intentioned, the care provided was lacking in terms of what was needed. Similarly there were numerous problems with scheduling, billing and the front office staff in terms of answering questions or general assistance. I would not recommend this provider.
