This resulted in hospitalizations and follow up medical care. While a few of the caregivers were kind and well intentioned, the care provided was lacking in terms of what was needed. Similarly there were numerous problems with scheduling, billing and the front office staff in terms of answering questions or general assistance. I would not recommend this provider.
