Owner and supervisor are never present or verbal for the employees. Due to this, we have had to give clients our personal numbers, which is a security breach, but we have no other way to communicate and get the job done if the supervisor/dispatch (James Black) isn't available. Everything is done through text. They tell employees to stay off of phones while driving because it's against policy, but will request to speak to you through text instead of over the phone. Inevitably, I have been followed and harassed by a road rage driver and have been falsely reported. There were no vehicle cameras at the time to protect me (security breach). So out of urgent desperation to protect myself because I am by myself, I recorded footage on my own mobile device and was told by the supervisor to never show it because it will prove that I was a distracted driver, but in reality it also proved that they didn't have in place all of the necessary resources for the vehicle and for the driver. They are dishonest and manipulative to employees and clients. Because this is an at will state, they will take advantage and threaten your job after they've agreed to your availability and your boundaries, to make their ends meet. They guarantee your 40 hours, but you won't always get them and they won't tell you that upfront. Many clients cancel and dispatch/supervisor do not always communicate, takes no accountability, lies and talks aggressively to drivers. I have proof of everything I am stating. I was sent a text Nov 14 while at the dentist under anesthesia with a scheduled for Nov. 15. The schedule was outside of my availability, I did not see it right away due to being under medication and didn't have any time to try to get it changed because it was less than 24 hours before the next day. So I was basically forced into it without option. I tried to bear it anyway, but I overslept and missed my shift due to my anesthesia and the pain after. When I tried to call my supervisor, James Black, to explain, I did not receive an answer. He never called to see if I was okay, if I overslept or anything. I'm human and I was not given any room to make a mistake. Also, that was not my availability that they agreed to. James has made plenty of mistakes, he lies and has overslept before and I have proof. I've never received a write up, I've never missed work, I'm very communicative and he called other drivers, but never had the decency to call me first. He just gave my shift away without calling me and checking to see if I was okay first or even give me a chance to explain. I was ignored for 2 days by the supervisor and owner, Kamiaha Cross after calling trying to explain and ask questions multiple times. This was very intentional, manipulative and malicious and I was cornered without room for a chance. I found out from word of mouth from coworkers that I was released from the company. I was not even given a proper separation. Not a good working place at all. Would not recommend. Please check attachments for proof of acceptance of availability, requesting drivers to text while driving, scheduling outside of availability, texting me while at the dentist under anesthesia and multiple ignored calls, texts and valid questions. And I have proof of so much more. There's no integrity in the staff. Also, it was stated that the false review could not be removed, but my review is currently being reviewed to be removed.Meanwhile I have proof of everything. I have proof that I posted a review on Google and they are trying to remove it as well.
