Even given the trying times we are facing the staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful. I was…read moreable to quickly make an appointment for my child and be seen promptly. Once we were gathered from the waiting room we were given a tour of the facility and told what steps would be taken that day. The doctor appeared at exactly the right time and examined my son. Plans were made for future work, paperwork signed, price is right and out the door! I recommend this be your first choice for child care!

No child -- especially a nonverbal autistic child -- should ever leave a dental appointment with scratches, bleeding, visible marks, or increased fear surrounding medical care. What stands out most is not only the physical handling described, but the complete lack of patience, compassion, and trauma-informed care. Children with autism often require extra understanding, reassurance, and gentleness, especially in stressful medical settings. According to this mother's account, those needs were ignored entirely. A parent should never have to beg a provider to stop handling their child so roughly. The fact that this experience has now made basic dental hygiene and trust around new people even harder for this child is heartbreaking. I hope this situation is taken seriously and properly investigated so no other family has to go through something similar. In addition, It's never a good look when a business starts deleting negative reviews instead of addressing the concerns being raised. Blocking people for sharing negative experiences only makes it seem like they're trying to silence criticism instead of taking accountability.

I had an absolutely horrible experience yesterday. It was shocking, because I had never had a bad…read moreexperience with Dr. Love before. I always thought he was very pleasant. I don't anymore. Last month, he put a crown on me but didn't do it correctly. The area he left exposed is extremely sensitive and tender. He had to apply some sort of sealant to the area, and it was extremely painful. A bad word slipped out. At that point, he very forcefully said to never swear again or he would refuse to treat me "and then you'd really be screwed." I was mortified anyway, because I'm not that sort of a person, but even when I apologized profusely, he and his assistant were still both very rude and uncaring. I regret not walking out right then and there, because it only got worse from there. I pointed out a tear in my gum right above one of my front teeth that won't seem to heal. He pressed it slightly, and I told him it was very tender. Then, I don't know WHAT he was trying to do, but it felt like he pressed down on it as hard as he could. I can't even quite describe the jolt of severe pain, other than to say it was so bad that I cried out, jerked my head to the side, and pushed his hand away. At that point, he stood over me and started yelling at me, telling me he'd kick me out and never treat me again and bellowed, "I'm being gentle!" At this point I started crying. I tried to explain that it was a reflex, that I meant no disrespect, but they refused to listen and were nasty to me the remainder of the visit, which only lasted about 5 more minutes. I've told them I want a refund so I can get someone competent to fix it. I still haven't heard back on that. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. He shouldn't be treating patients.
