My poor little Honda CR-V has been semi-neglected other than standard washing and vacuuming these last ten years. For the first time ever, my little baby received a full day's pampering. When we came back to pick it up I could see it gleaming in the distance. My friend commented, "Wow, it is actually blue." Indeed, the layers of dirt and grime had disappeared and the snazzy royal blue of the original finish was restored. The inside was equally shiny and lovely and clean. I had balked at the $300 plus prices in Louisville for detailing and this trip south to Tennessee saved me a huge chunk of money. And I couldn't be happier with the results for the price. I highly recommend this spot, just for a car wash or a detail. Great to support a local business in a small town.

Really TOP-NOTCH-WORK: inside and out, the car looked as though it was still on the orig. dealer-lot. Spectacular shine, leather seat recovery, and headlight restoration. This REAL high quality auto-detailing! Thanks for a spectacular job Black Lab Auto Detail! I'm going back to get their magic for my truck in a few weeks.

We found ReNuAll on Yelp and even though they only had 1 review so far, it was a 5* so we decided…read moreto give them a chance. Now this is not along the lines of a normal. chance because we asked them to wash our Maserati! Maserati owners are a breed unto themselves, they are meticulous when it comes to the upkeep of their vehicles, to the point of obsession and extremely protective of them. Our Maserati had endured a few days out in the elements (a very rare occurrence) and was looking pretty bad and my hubby was feeling sorry for it. We called Josh and he came to the house for a mobile wash but after talking to my husband for a few minutes my husband was so impressed with Josh's knowledge and experience that he actually felt comfortable taking it to Josh's house and LEAVING it with him to not just wash but also DETAIL. Josh and his lovely, young, family recently moved here trying to give his family a small town upbringing and part of that is teaching them how good, old-fashioned, hard work (with a tremendous amount of elbow grease) can build the American Dream and he is off to a great start! Josh is not just knowledgeable when it comes to using the clay bar but he is a master! Many folks talk about 'knowing how' to use it but the actual hands on experience of it is sometimes questionable. Not so with Josh. After the polish, wax and steam cleaning the motor (with his $8K professional steamer like Jay Leno owns) and detailing the interior, our Maserati hasn't looked this good since we bought it and that's just the truth of it. It truly has a showroom finish inside and out again. You can feel completely comfortable leaving your car, RV, boat or super car, with Josh and his wife Mary, he is a league above anyone else in Knoxville or the surrounding counties - they are worth the drive!

The owner was kind enough to stop what he was doing and came outside to access the damage. After inspecting it he went inside and came out and cleaned it up without difficulty and removed the white paint leaving our door as if it was never there and it looks great. He wouldn't charge me for it even though I insisted. I can't say enough good things about him and the business. He was very kind and knowledgeable and I would certainly use them for my repairs

HORRIBLE experience. I originally went because my car had front driver side damage & rear…read morepassenger side damage & the fuel tank guard under my car was tore off from running over a rogue tire. While it was being repaired I asked if they could fix dog scratches on the sides of my car and a couple chips of paint on the hood. I offered to pay for this out of my pocket and realize it was not part of the collision damage. I also had a piece on my hatch that had gotten bent under. (Last summer was rough) My car is less than 3 years old and only had 55k miles on it. They had it for 2 weeks. Upon picking up my car I was devastated by the damage done to the paint. When they tried buffing out the scratches they got into my paint and missed over 50% of the scratches. There are buff marks beside the windshield where there was no damage to begin with. The chrome around the window also has buff damage. When I asked about the damage to the paint I was told I only needed to put some wax on it. I took my car to 3 other shops asking about repairing the paint. None could believe I was told it could be fixed with wax. The best quote I got to repair the damage is for $1k. The chips I requested to be repaired had not been touched. As far as the damage repairs paid for by my insurance I am not at all pleased with it either. There are 2 chips of paint missing where the deer hit my car. I was told they weren't repaired because they didn't consider it a part of the claim. There is dirt in the paint and pock marks where the clear coat didn't fill in. When I pointed that out the response was that not even paint from a brand new car is perfect. There is a dent that goes outward on the door where the deer hit. When I took the car back and asked about it I was told that was damage done by someone else who had previously worked on my car and had had the door apart. I am the sole owner of the car and have never had any other work done to it. I was told they would fix it for a $700 charge to my insurance. After washing my car one of the places where there was dirt under the paint came off when I sprayed it with the high power wash. Now I have an area with no paint at all. There was a substance spilled on the grill of the car. When I asked about it they claim it was not done at the shop. It is very clearly a run of some sort that is only on the grill. Not the hood and not the bumper. This could only have happened if it occurred while the grill was off. I asked 3 other body shops and they all told me they believe it is clear coat spilled on it. The tire that hit the front driver side tore off off the molding around the wheel housing. After I got my car back from being repaired I noticed that there is a large gap between there and the door and that the new strip of molding was not attached correctly. I took it back to TBS and asked about it. After he looked at it I was told it apparently hadn't been fixed before the molding was put on and was broken. That they could put in a supplement to my insurance to fix it. I am still confused why the molding was put on over a broken piece. While there I asked about the guard under my car. It had not been replaced and when I asked about it he appeared clueless it needed replaced even though during my first trip there to get the estimate for repairs I had him look under the car to see what was missing and was told it was the guard. Since he didn't look under it again while it was being repaired I am concerned there may be more damage from the rogue tire that no one bothered checking for. Again they offered to file a supplement. There are 2 places where the paint ran. I am upset and disappointed with myself over the whole ordeal. The owners are family friends and I trusted them to take care of my car. They are not on my insurance agents list and when I told them that, I was told not to worry about that that I wasn't required to take it to who my insurance agent suggested that they guarantee their work 100%. Unfortunately that is not true and it is going to cost me thousands.
