He had an extra charge for weekend photoshoots, but was able to come early Monday morning to take photos. He arrived early and was very warm, friendly and took lots of pictures at different angles and lighting. I'm not sure if our former property manager had professional photos taken of our house, but the difference between his photos and Greg's were like night and day. Our house looked fantastic in Greg's photos, and the pictures looked much brighter and more polished. The size of our house and all of the bedrooms were fully showcased. He also had a quick turnaround time and gave me the finished photos that same day (although he had told me to expect the next business day). Once I updated the listing with new pictures (and new description) it immediately generated lots of interest. I would definitely recommend Greg for high quality real estate photography!

I've been a real estate consultant for over 20 years, and my assistant accidentally used one of his photos without permission. What could have been a negative experience turned into one of the best professional connections I've ever made. He later became the photographer for one of my listings and the rest is history. He is professional, responsive, caring, and incredibly trustworthy. He always puts his clients' needs first and consistently goes above and beyond, going the extra mile every single time. Words honestly don't do him or his service justice, you just have to experience working with him yourself. I highly, highly recommend him for all your photography needs. And truly, if I could give him ten stars, I would. And best of all, his pricing is well below the value his work delivers.

I have hired Austin twice this year and though his photography of 1 home was decent, his drone work…read moreon a more recent listing was subpar at best. 6 minutes of raw footage doesn't mean 5 minutes of jerky shakes, propellers in view and drops. That's what I got. My editor can work with just a fraction of the footage due to poor quality flight motion, props, etc. I expressed my displeasure to Austin and have yet to receive a response from him. Poor Customer Service in a highly competitive real estate photography market won't bode well for Austin's business. His communication response time is also very slow and it.took 4 days (after I pinged him) to get me the "raw" one file of video??? Best of luck out there!

I looked around at several options and loved the idea of a Matterport tour. I also wanted additional options I could save and keep for the next time our unit is vacant and we need to find a new tenant. I contacted Ben and from our first phone conversation to sending me the completed files he impressed. Communication was flawless, he arrived exactly on time, completed work within the time frame given, and even sent me the completed files much earlier than discussed so I could send to prospective tenants ASAP. He took aerial photos of the house, beautiful interior photos, and shot a Matterport tour including a video of a tour I can save for later. He even created a microsite set up with all of the above - it made our place look like a million bucks and most importantly, it gave prospective renters all of the information they could need without needing to go in the property. All of this was completed at a very affordable rate given Ben's expertise, the time frame, and the beautiful end result. To top it all off, Ben is just a really nice guy and great to work with. I can't recommend him and his tour/photography services enough!
