For my trip to West Palm Beach, I reached out to a couple of spots and The Studio 1016 was quick to respond and super easy to work with. I reserved a private office for two of us one day which cost $50. We were able to use their printer and scanner, coffee machine, and even free soda/La Croix from the cooler. The space felt quiet overall, but you're able to talk freely. Some nice light music was playing in the background which I didn't mind. The location is about a block away from Grand Public Market which is a score for lunch, snacks, or more coffee. There's a parking lot, as well as street parking. Overall, I'd definitely recommend checking The Studio out if you're in need of a space!

Renaissance Commons is a beautiful area in Boynton Beach right there with all the action! In other…read morewords you can have several places to eat drink and be merry and walk right home! You have the malls the movie theaters the restaurant the gyms within walking distance! Five minutes to interstate 95 and 10 minutes to the turnpike and 10 minutes to the beach location is everything..I see they're having comments on Chinese drywall and my understanding is they renovated the place is over years ago and is no longer an issue and continue to test for it. I live in Vizcaya Lakes particularly in Renaissance Commons which of course indicates there is a lake and several other amenities which I will share more about in the Vizcaya Lakes posting. I would strongly encourage anyone who likes Boynton Beach to consider this area there is something to be said for being able to walk to Bar Louie's Brus room and many many more!
