I always come prepared with research I've done, in case a Dr recommends something I disagree with, but she didn't do that. And she told me I was smart to do my research. We definitely bonded and had a great talk. She recommended some bloodwork, which was fine . Most doctor's offices I've been to in the last few years you spend more time with the billing staff than the doctor!) and are always willing to try alternative therapies (I'm currently doing a round of Stemwave treatments on a painful shoulder, ask them about that!!) before going to more invasive routes. What I like about Walden is that they act as a hub, everything you need to get done, done here, blood work, lots of things done at their location without having to go elsewhere. They are very personalized and in the age of AI that is very very nice to have. Even though they use AI to record all their voice notes, xrays, written docs for your sessions, at least there is a person who is dedicated to your care. Haven't used them to their fullest capacity yet. Just signed up. I think you're supposed to have access to your primary care physician or at least the NP's as many times as you want in a month for the same price. Very nice feature. We will find out what that actually means Doctors and NP's are young here. They seem ahead of the curve. Looks like a lot of professionals choose this path of Direct Primary Care and Retirees as well. Maybe because it fits the budget or maybe just maybe... care seems more personal here.

TBH, this might be the best primary care I've ever actually experienced, including times when I did have health insurance. They charge me a monthly membership fee. I have been able to get care for various things, like when I had Covid, or when I needed lab work, & also dealing with GAD. Staff is amazing. Staff at the front desk is always friendly. It's a friendly and pleasant place to go. I've never waited longer than ten minutes in the waiting room. They are located downtown, just a couple minutes from the square. I really like SHELBY ALLEN, their Nurse Pract. I've seen her multiple times, she makes me feel really comfortable and she is wicked smart. I strongly recommend Walden to anyone in Ocala. And if you generally hate going to a doctors office, or find it stressful, Walden will probably change that for you.

It is totally necessary in order to be properly diagnosed!! I highly recommend Dr. Kraucak because he always has the best interests of his patients come first!! Dr. Rivera is a very unsympathetic individual and seems to think everyone that claims to be in pain is dr shopping. I have had multiple back surgerys and still have issues and when speaking with him about the pain and what I can do to get it in control he immediately wants to rush you out and doesn't answer any of your questions. Very unhappy with this practice.
