Everyone is angry with their explanation, some people are heading to the concert in Toronto and not be able to get their on time because of their delay. I would never ever go on this bus again. But after discussing this matter with one of the representatives, we were offered a fair deal. The representative responded quickly, which was so appreciated, as this trip was planned last minute. He wouldn't tell the passengers what's going on. And they wouldn't ask. They just sat on the bus like idiots. I got off the bus and asked what's up. The driver was old, rotten teeth. He said there was a problem with the bus so a new one is coming. I asked what the problem is and he said he doesn't know. Then all the passengers had to change buses with their luggage. Really annoying. No apology was offered by the driver. Most of their drivers are old, very near or past age 70. Some of their buses look like old Greyhound buses. No wonder they break down. Unfortunately there's only one bus that goes all the up north with stops along the way. The other bus Maheux only stops in several towns. You can take a local bus from Laval but you have to change buses 2x and it takes an extra hour. It's cheaper though. Best to drive there in your car. Typo - the last time I took the bus it sat in the bus depot for an hour. The driver wouldn't tell the passengers what's going on.

The driver was we're he was supposed to be after the concert. The only thing was we booked the bus for 7hrs and assumed that we could leave our stuff on it while inside but they said in case they got another call and could service someone else while we were in the concert they would. So don't bring anything with you that you don't want to carry. All in all it was a good experience. I read another review about extra charges on your credit card and today we noticed an extra charge. We emailed the company and they responded right away letting us know it was just a hold Incase of damages etc. which is normal when renting anything!

The seats are uncomfortable, there are no back-pockets in the seats to store anything, and the bottom cushions seem to have metal sticking out making the ride even more miserable.
