Very poor service!!
Didn't receive my computer for a week and was told different stories every time I contacted them. I had to chase them up to find out what the status of my computer was and then the story changed repeatedly every day from then on.
Unauthorised repairs were made to my computer despite my request that they call me to confirm and let me know what is wrong with the laptop.
I was refused a cost break down or an itemised list of the work carried out. For all this I was charged $450 and rudely told that was a discount. Ridiculous! read more
