After waiting 3 months, and hearing not a word from them, I called to find out the progress. They hadn't started, and told me they required payment for all parts upfront now. Currently they are trying to charge me storage for the time the scooter has been there too! Not a good experience with this company! As an update, Close kept my scooter as payment for their 'storage'. And I've been contacted asking to remove my review. Give me my scooter back and I will!

Big thanks to Drew and the Close Motorcycle guys - very friendly to deal with, and understand the importance of maintaining your two-wheel pride and joy in its best condition!

If you have L plates on your bike expect to be ripped off... took my bike in for an e safety check…read moreended up costing me $82. why? well they had to change the front working light bulb because it wasn't "bright enough". $ 22.2 for the safety check $10 for bulb, $50 labour. Total BS. I took the bike in to be inspected I DID NOT ASK FOR WORK TO BE DONE ON IT. If I got call saying hey your light bulb doesn't work want us to change it for $60 I would of said no fail the bike I will fix it myself. Took the bike home opened it up " took 5 minutes" and surprise surprise its the same light bulb I installed a month earlier no work was done at all.
